Negative experience: They keep you waiting for months telling you that everything is in progress and that they'll call you shortly. You don't look at other homes because according to them everything is in progress, and in the end, after 5 months, they stop answering your calls or answer unintentionally, and upon hearing your voice, they hang up on you. A disappointment and a huge waste of time.

Negative experience: They do not respond. We were trying to make a family purchase of an apartment to another family that was interested in selling quickly. They stopped responding and didn't even give us the contact of the sellers. A disgrace.

Negative experience: Some disgraceful people. Thieves is putting it mildly, they ask for cash and don’t give you a receipt for anything, they keep it and do nothing for what you are supposedly paying for.

Negative experience: Honestly, terrible management. They tell me that my apartment is sold, rushing to close the transaction, and then they leave me hanging without knowing anything else about the issue, neither answering WhatsApp nor picking up the phone. Shameful, not recommended at all.

Negative experience: It's pathetic to schedule a viewing for an apartment and they don't show up. You call them and they tell you that you don't meet the requirements. You explain your salary and that you have a permanent job, and they tell you to wait. It’s an embarrassment of a place, I do not recommend it.
