Negative experience: Not very professional. When I rented the apartment, it was given to me dirty (Ana was the employee who showed it to me), the video intercom was broken, the door had problems opening, light bulbs were blown, the toilet bowl was broken, the keys to the entrance and the garage remote didn’t correspond... To make matters worse, my contract did not include the annual costs for the storage room and garage. I received the charge, asked for explanations. They told me that since it was not specified, it was the landlord who should assume it, and in the end, I had to pay it myself. At the key handover, another person came to check the condition of the home, which was clean, and started scolding me for forgetting to clean the extractor hood. At that moment, I told them everything I needed to say. If they are professionals when it comes to demanding, they should also be professional when handing over apartments.

After all the course in a newly furnished apartment with perfect economic conditions, I got a job in the same city as the apartment. I spoke with them to discuss my situation and they talked with the landlord to reach an agreement and be able to stay in the same apartment in summer despite being a 10-month contract. Wonderful!!
