Negative experience: We bought a house, everything was formalities until he received the check and then we never heard from him again. There were unpaid expenses that they did not inform us about and they did not take responsibility, in addition to several deficiencies in the house that were found. The house was sold with furniture but they emptied it. We agreed to pay the notary fees for both parties that we could still change; we honestly haven't decided yet. Terrible experience, very little formality, just empty phrases, be careful.

Then, after setting another visit, they contacted me again to say that they couldn't at that moment. I had never experienced anything like this with a real estate agency.

Negative experience: I find it incredible that after contacting me to inform me about a house, they call me, say that viewings in that area are done every 15 days, and on top of that, they ask about my accounts and whether I have savings or not because otherwise I can't buy a house. I believe they should not interfere in such matters because I shouldn't have to explain my finances to a stranger whose role is to connect me with the seller. That is my business and my bank's in any case. A disastrous and very unprofessional experience.
