Negative experience: Absolutely lamentable the treatment, if we can call it that, from the person who was supposed to have managed something, from Sergio. The least professional person, and with the greatest neglect I have ever known in my entire life. This person, Sergio, did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING of the very little he had to do, which was to open a storage room that I wanted to buy (which was not even the storage room that was being sold that he indicated to me), and tried to sell me a garage space that already had an owner. I asked him for a simple informative note and the cadastral reference, and he didn't even bother to show me that. It seems he expects one to get bored of asking him for things, and then the treatment was absolutely lamentable, with an arrogance and a superiority not worthy of a professional who wants to sell a property to someone who is interested in buying it. He did not help me at all. He did NOTHING. Not even pick up the phone. It seems it even bothered him that I called him to ask for what he has to provide me, making me do HIS JOB. If this man really gets paid for doing nothing, I do not understand it. I had to be the one to move everything, to call the administrator to find out which garage space is supposedly being sold by SOLVIA, which was not the one he showed me, and neither the storage room. Irregularities are being committed in that office, and everyone looks the other way. They expect you to get bored and desperate until you tire of asking and waiting for solutions or information. An absolute show. I don't know how they manage to sell anything. My experience has been a zero. Let's see if someone from above SOLVIA realizes and puts things in their place.

Negative experience: I have never seen a person less responsible than Sergio; it took them 9 months to deliver an apartment to us, he did not respond to messages, was unclear about the documentation request, spoke with disdain, and did not resolve anything. It was a headache buying a house with them.

Si es caro por supuesto que al día siguiente lo tienes y te lo meten por los ojos. MAFIA se llama eso en mi tierra. Deberían quitarles la autorización para vender pisos de Solvia Central

Negative experience: Nada recomendable. No te resuelven ninguna duda, se limitan a decir que es lo que hay. Te sueltan una cantidad de llaves que casi ninguna saben para que sirven. La mayoría no abren, y se limitan a decir que es lo que hay. Cualquier reclamación la dejan sin resolver. No se involucran.

Positive experience: Empresa inmobiliaria dependiente de Banco Sabadell, donde puedes encontrar inmuebles de bancos y particulares. Buena atención y amabilidad.

Negative experience: En diciembre de 2019 di la señal para un piso el cual se entregaría en el verano de 2020. Al no cumplir el contrato acordado he solicitado me devuelvan la fianza entregada, desde septiembre estoy gestionándolo sin tener una respuesta clara. Por lo tanto, NADA recomendable y POCO profesionales.
