Negative experience: As a buyer, the management has been DISAPPOINTING and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Seven days ago, I advanced an amount to the real estate agency in order to opt for the purchase of a house that was for sale and in which I was interested. The real estate agency made me pay this amount to demonstrate my commitment to the purchase, and now, seven days later, after I called the agency several times, they informed me that the house is not for sale after all. I do not understand how they ask for my money to prove that I am serious about the purchase (this is not a deposit, it is a prior step), money that I would lose if I were to back out, while they can cancel the operation now without any compensation. Moreover, I am the one who has to go in person again to the office (I live in another city) to get my money back. Very little professionalism in securing operations and zero security for the buyer who is the one paying them.

Negative experience: Very poor service. Awful attention, I was scheduled to see apartments for sale and then they canceled the appointments at the last minute. They were not friendly to me or my wife. I do not recommend it!

Negative experience: I have been scammed, they showed me a house and did not tell me the conditions in which the house was. The landlord says she bought it in June and that she had never lived there, and they say they didn't know either. I have realized the dampness, dirt, walls with humidity behind the furniture, and closets full of cockroaches. The most normal thing is that when you show a house with your professionalism, you have to tell the truth, not DECEIVE. I signed the contract on September 13th, and due to my asthma problem, I couldn't continue. The landlord is returning the month's rent and the deposit, but they don't want to return the money that the landlord gave to the real estate agency. I have only entered the house to clean, and on the 17th I returned the keys to the landlord. They keep telling me that this is money they cannot return because it costs to show the house, and getting some papers on a 4-day request costs €550. SCAMMERS.

Negative experience: The introduction of your salespeople, or in the case of the representative I encountered, is a 'the company requires me to know what you do and if you need financing.' Before asking anything, such as what you're looking for, how many of you there are, first home, ages... Nothing, first tell me what you do and then we'll see. A total barrier of distrust in something as personal and important as buying a home, and it already creates a thought that you'll be treated according to your worth. Having seen references, you've had 3 very bad ones in less than a week. Either something has changed in this good company or there is someone who is not doing their job well.

Negative experience: A terrible service, we wanted to see some properties and for that we contacted through the phone number provided on the website. They called us back after a while and right away asked about our savings, and when we said we wanted to opt for the assistance from the autonomous community that provides 20%, they refused to show us the properties saying that we first need to have the loan approved and only then see them... also claiming that they cannot show us the selected apartments because they are currently for rent and another one is not even for sale (despite being listed on their website). On the other hand, they asked my partner if he has been looking for apartments for a while since they have him in their database for some time and that he is not buying anything... a comment that makes no sense. It's a shame that a real estate agency loses clients because of this kind of treatment, I will not inquire about any property again.

Negative experience: I didn't want to miss the opportunity to leave my comment in case it helps someone. I, at the time before contacting them, also looked at their ratings. The majority are four and five stars, and today it's hard for me to believe they are real comments; I suppose they are the cousins and uncles of those who work there who dedicate themselves to leaving false reviews. How to sum up my experience... I would say it in one phrase: 'I would never recommend them in my life.' Not professional to say the least, I felt completely neglected, having to chase after them to do their job, meet deadlines, get paperwork, etc. I even felt deceived and scammed, as once they received their commission money, they completely disappeared. I bought an apartment under certain conditions; I have the photos and the description of the property saved on my phone, and if necessary, I will show them. At the handover of keys (a long story that I won't tell now), they gave me an apartment that was completely different from what they had shown me and what had been agreed upon... broken windows, an apartment in very poor and deteriorated condition, totally wrecked, with no appliances... The frustration was such that, foolishly, I contacted them to ask for their support, and their response was, 'they were very sorry, but that was no longer their concern; it was my problem.' I provided some photos that they said they would pass on to their lawyer to see if they could help me; I sent them, and I never heard back, neither through email nor phone call, nor anything at all. As I said, it was like receiving their commission and disappearing off the map. Please, don't let them fool you; go to real estate agencies with a better reputation, more serious ones, as in the long run, it's better. I WOULD NEVER repeat with them; it was a terrible and disastrous experience.

Negative experience: Esta inmobiliaria, pese a tener conocimiento de ello, tiene a la venta un trastero en el Barrio del Progreso de Murcia como vivienda. Los trasteros no tienen cédula de habitabilidad ni licencia de ocupación, no pueden tener contrato de agua y luz y muchísimo menos se puede vivir en ellos. Este hecho está denunciado en Urbanismo de Murcia con sanciones pecuniarias. Y pese a haberles informado de ello, siguen teniendo dicha propiedad a la venta para yn uso distinto al que tiene. Eso, SE LLAMA ESTAFA!!! Pues no informan a los futuros compradores de ello y quien compre el trastero como vivienda, no podrá residir en ella.

Negative experience: No es de fiar. Venden trasteros como viviendas sin licencia ni cédula de habitabilidad, y a pesar de estar informados insisten, intentando conseguir la venta a toda costa sin importarles para nada las consecuencias para el cliente y futuro propietario...

Aunque la gestión de la compra fue complicada porque la vivienda estaba alquilada, finalmente la compra se pudo realizar y quedamos muy contentos con la compra. Me acerqué a la oficina me dieron informacion de un piso el cual sigo esperando que me llamen para poder verlo, no se la forma de trabajar pero vamos vender creo que no quieren vender, o los pisos que tienen son de gancho! Estafa total!!!
