Mª Dolores kept my husband and in-laws promptly informed (she created a WhatsApp group with the five of them since they live outside of Murcia except for my husband) about every step taken regarding the sale of the property. I can say that there were several nights when WhatsApp messages arrived outside of office hours because she wanted them to have all the updated information about the process at all times. Furthermore, she constantly offered to handle all the bureaucracy (which is no small task) that comes with these types of operations. We couldn't be more grateful. We were surprised by the speed with which the property was sold; professionalism and good work yield results, and we can attest to that. We highly recommend this real estate agency and its agents. If you are lucky enough to be attended by MªDolores Ruiz Soler, believe me, you have achieved your goal!!

Negative experience: Maximum disappointment. We presented a purchase option for a property that the buyer accepted, and according to what the agent told us, from that moment on the house was reserved and there were not going to be any third parties offering anything. In fact, it was listed as 'reserved' on the website and they removed the ad from Idealista. Our surprise came when the day before signing the deposits, the agent called us saying that another buyer had appeared who had contacted the seller directly and had offered more money, which was accepted. We later discovered that those who had repeatedly gone to present offers of more and more money until the seller accepted were the same ones from Abad real estate. After so many lies and clear favoritism to please the buyer, a well-known businessman from Murcia, we felt deceived. We were used to achieve the highest possible price for the property.

I decided that ABAD seemed to be the most professional and understood the appropriate value of my property. I also found the agents themselves to be extremely pleasant, helpful and good humoured at all times. I returned to the office to discuss the process many times, often late in the evenings. Finally, I decided to sell my flat with them. They were confident that I would receive the price decided and that it would sell very quickly. I’m fact, it was sold within 24 hours of going on the market, for a higher price ! They gave me every help possible after the sale, accompanying me to the Notario etc and ensuring that my electricity, water bills etc were transferred to the new owner. This had to be done quickly because I was moving permanently back to the U.K. after living in Murcia for more than 20 years and I had my return flight booked . I would especially like to thank Pedro and Julian. We became friends and had a lot of fun in what is a stressful process. Everyone who works in this agency is so friendly.
