Negative experience: My girl and I received terrible and unprofessional treatment from Carmen, you can't have someone who is unwilling to work on the team dealing with the public, not to mention the booking commission that she asked us to give directly to her without going through the agency or issuing any invoice.

Negative experience: If you want to get a house quickly, don't count on them. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I'm sharing this so it doesn't happen again: I spent 3 weeks trying to close a purchase. A week later, they confirmed everything to me. A few days later, I left my house, right on time, and they called to say they were sorry but they had a better buyer. They left me on the street, what kind of real estate agency, and what kind of people, do this? Thanks to them, I ended up in the emergency room with an anxiety attack because I had nowhere to go that same day!!! I find it a lack of respect, a bunch of scoundrels. Added to this is Carmen's treatment, quite improvable I must say, but also with a very cold mind in communicating to me, completely unflappable, that they were leaving me, without notice, without a house to sleep in.

Negative experience: The truth is that I haven't seen anything like it in my life, the lady C. kept messing with me for two weeks for nothing, I think she is better off selling fruit at the market. I have not seen worse management and customer service than that of this company. Luckily, my wife and my 4 children found another house quickly, but not thanks to C.

Negative experience: Very poor treatment of customers. In addition to calling about 5 times without getting any response, we went there in person, and no one attended to us until we decided to approach for the information we needed about a rental apartment. We were treated terribly, discriminated against for being young (despite having our own company), and they kept us waiting. I give one star because 0 is not allowed. I do not recommend it at all.

Negative experience: Es una lástima dar con agentes inmobiliarios tan poco profesionales y con tan pocos escrúpulos!!!! Llegamos a dos acuerdos verbales e inclumplieron los dos!. El último fue justo antes de ir a firmar el contrato de arras. Nos llaman, y después de darnos una explicación que hiere cualquier inteligencia, nos dicen que la vivienda se la han vendido a otra familia. Es muy frustrante . La experiencia no ha podido ser peor.

Negative experience: Pactamos una comisión de venta y cuando hubo comprador interesado nos dicen que su comisión es del 3'5% y que no recordaban lo pactado.Deshonestos e impresentables ya que no siquiera te van informando de la negociación.Malisima experiencia y cero profesionalidad

Negative experience: La inmobiliaria en principio sirve para agilizar trámites y facilitarte la tarea que supone la compraventa de una vivienda. Pues bien, en nuestro caso como compradores no nos han ayudado absolutamente en nada, mucha prisa para cobrar su 3% (del vendedor y del comprador) y hasta luego. Todos los trámites los tuvimos que solucionar nosotros e incluso ayudar a la vendedora con los suyos. Experiencia muy negativa, no los recomiendo en absoluto.
