Negative experience: Not very serious

Negative experience: Beware. For years I requested the water bills that never arrived. I had a grant from the government and they owed me 300 euros which they have not returned to this day. A deposit of 600 euros and they asked me for one more month to enter the apartment clean. The landlord one day, when I coincidentally spoke with him and explained my fear that they would take the water bill from the deposit, told me not to worry. Two days before I was leaving, he asked me for my account number. Thinking they were finally going to refund the 300, I told him that since the water was not going to be charged, he could keep it. On the day I left the apartment, in the middle of moving with my small daughters, my sister, and a friend going up and down stairs loaded and leaving the apartment great amidst all the chaos, he tells me to sign here. So I did and signed. On my way to my new house on the other side of the country, I decided to look and saw that I was giving up the deposit and any money they had to refund me. Imagine how I felt. Of course, I wanted to file a complaint. A misunderstanding that I don’t think I can resolve and honestly, the treatment received from Angel from the real estate agency was terrible. From minute 0, he treated me poorly. He didn’t solve the issue with the bills, has not mediated anything properly. Always with a sour face and rude. Even today knowing what he has put me through. I do not recommend this company at all and read before signing from the beginning of the contract until you finish.
