Negative experience: They are a bunch of crooks; when the landlord decides to keep part of the deposit, these scammers wash their hands of it.

Negative experience: The WORST real estate agency in Murcia. They ignore you, you have to chase them... and they charge you for 4 months.

Fantastic experience: Without them, I wouldn't have been able to sell my home. Fully involved with the sale and previously with the rental of this property and others I have rented. They even helped me with issues that had nothing to do with their work since I didn't live there. I have nothing but words of gratitude for Marco and Carmen; two great professionals. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, AND THANK YOU. I see some malicious reviews here that I am sure they don't even know. Google should somehow verify the data and not allow false and completely gratuitous comments to be edited. Mine is real. Just yesterday we sold it.

Negative experience: Totally disappointing. Little professionalism and seriousness. We waited more than a month to visit an apartment for my daughter and her friends to rent, and when they went to the office to ask when we could visit it, they told us it was already rented. They didn't even call us to inform us not to count on the apartment or continue waiting. They made us waste a month without looking for other options because we trusted them. In life, we need to be serious, and not everything is acceptable just to make money.
