Be very careful because they are opportunists. They tricked me vilely, changing the contract from a 5% commission to over 10% on my selling side plus VAT! I imagine they have deceived the buyer as well! Regards

Negative experience: I'm not going to say the name of the person who attended me because I'm not that mean to have them lose their job. But they kept prolonging showing it to me all week. On Tuesday they couldn't, on Wednesday neither, on Thursday it was getting late for them,... And on Friday when I called, they told me they had already rented it to someone else. I'm not stupid and I know what happened. You can deduce it.

Negative experience: Si quieres trabajar como agente inmobiliario no te recomiendo que trabajes en la oficina Vibe Inmobiliaria (antigua Re/Max Estrella y misma sociedad Star Consulting Levante sl) Su responsable deja de pagar facturas de operaciones realizadas y cobradas por mediación de los agentes y se queda con la cartera de las viviendas que hayas traido. Busca cualquier otra oficina inmobiliaria en Murcia, pero no te recomiendo elijas esta oficina para desarrollarte como agente inmobiliario, o para comprar o vender tu inmueble. If you want to work as a real estate agent, I do not recommend that you work at the Vibe Inmobiliaria office (previously Re/Max Estrella, and the same company Star Consulting Levante sl). Its manager stops paying invoices for operations carried out and collected through the agents and stays with the portfolio of the homes you have brought. Look for any other real estate office in Murcia, but I do not recommend you choose this office to develop yourself as a real estate agent, or to buy or sell your property.

Fantastic experience: We were looking to buy and we’re not sure of the area, they helped us by showing us both new build and second hand properties throughout Murcia and Alicante. We found our ideal property on the beach with their help. They took care of the whole process coordinating everything so smoothly and haste free.
