Negative experience: This real estate agency, while being aware of the current housing law that came into effect on 26/05/2023, continues to charge property management fees to tenants, despite being warned of their non-compliance, with the aggravating factor that the tenant is the one who searches for the property and makes the initial contact through the Idealista website, and not them who provide the service for which they intend to charge.
