Negative experience: Hello. My review is not directed at the owner of the real estate agency; I have to say that when I dealt with her, everything was correct. My review is directed towards Agustín and another seller named Victoria. First of all, I recommend you not to go to real estate agencies. I have currently bought a house that really was what I wanted, and I didn’t have to pay any abusive commissions and nobody pressured me. The big problem I felt from the moment I contacted them to buy the house was the pressure and constant feeling of anxiety, everything opposite to what I felt buying from an individual through an advisory. My situation was complicated as I am young and needed a house because renting was complicated, and I thought with my partner to buy a flat to get by with the option of selling it later to buy another home. We found a pretty decent flat in Beniaján, and when we went to visit it, it was presented that Agustín was there on our behalf and Victoria was there on the buyer's behalf, it was like there were two opposing sides. I did not like this at all, as in this current purchase my relationship with the seller has been excellent. The first thing they did was to pressure us a lot, both of them; Victoria even slammed a door during the second visit to a common area and broke the wall. She was a very nervous person and gave little trust. On his part, Agustín pressured us and lied to us, telling us short-legged lies that could easily be debunked, like saying that the market wasn’t passing through that street, that the neighbors didn’t have a terrace, that the house had debts in the registry that were no longer debts and that there was no need to cancel or register them, all this to a young couple who is buying without honestly having any idea and is looking for advice. We made an offer that was 2,000 euros below the set price because we thought it was a bit high, and since it wasn’t our dream house, it was an offer we were willing to make, and to make that offer, Agustín had us sign the deposit agreement first and deposit the 3,000€ in earnest. I think it would have been normal to ask the seller if she was willing before making us all go to the office to sign absolutely anything and not to make a transfer, but what he wanted was to secure the sale because he did the following: at the same signing of the earnest, he told us that a woman had called him to ask him to reserve the flat for her, that she was very in love with that area, blah blah blah and he started showing us the calls (LOPD on the floor, by the way). And of course, my partner and I signed the earnest knowing he was going to show the flat and if he gave her 2,000 more or whatever, we would be left without a flat. So we told him that if she really didn’t want the offer, it was no problem, that she could sell it at her price because she’s entitled to do so, but don’t make me transfer the money just to have to get it back later. Well, that’s what happened; he kept us waiting for 48 hours to tell us that they weren’t selling us the flat because it was already sold (oh my goodness) and that they would return the earnest in 5 days. Three days later, he tells me that he doesn’t have the original account to make the transfers, which is not the case since it was stated in the earnest agreement, and the return was delayed. In short, he made us waste time, hope, and overwhelmed us and pressured us and tried to deceive us on several occasions. The owner of the real estate agency was very kind, and I believe that my experience with her would have been different. I am missing many more details about things they told us, and how they deceived us and lied to us, but honestly, it’s not necessary to dwell on it either. I do not recommend them to you; in the end, I found the house that I really wanted, and honestly, everything was much easier than it was with them. Good luck if you are looking for a house, and I recommend the owner of the real estate agency not to delegate her work to them as, in my opinion, they do not represent her and are not professionals.

Negative experience: Foreigners, be very careful!!! They will ask you to pay the entire contract amount upfront, meaning the landlord will have no motivation to address any issues that you have because if you leave you'll lose your money as it's already paid. I do not recommend any foreigner to enter a place with these conditions. On top of that, the woman I spoke with was quite rude after I mentioned this very issue.

Primero alquilaron mi vivienda en un tiempo record y experimenté lo bien que trabajan en el tema de alquileres (Maite y Alicia son la personificación de la eficiencia). Posteriormente y en vistas de su buen hacer, puse en sus manos (Román y Agustín) la venta de otra vivienda que acababa de heredar y el resultado no ha podido ser más satisfactorio. Primeramente me informaron de como sería el proceso de venta paso a paso, el cual cumplieron a rajatabla al tiempo que se encargaron absolutamente de todos los pormenores (estudio exhaustivo de la zona para establecer precio máximo de compra, decoración del inmueble y exposición en sus canales de venta, gestión e información de temas administrativos; plusvalías, nota simple, cambio de suministros....). En definitiva, enormes profesionales todos y de un trato humano excelente. Gracias!.
