Negative experience: AWFUL SERVICE, we were going to rent an apartment, they showed it to us and everything was fine, but when we tried to get them to make the contract, no one answered, they don’t pick up the phone, they see our WhatsApp messages and don’t respond.... The girl who assisted us knew we weren’t renting an apartment and that it was urgent, and now it turns out that we can’t live in that apartment and THEY HAVEN'T INFORMED US, WE FOUND OUT ON OUR OWN. I'm still waiting for the referrals they were going to make.. The girl who assisted us was Montse and she hasn’t even written to us to at least tell us from her own mouth that the landlord is not going to rent her apartment.

Negative experience: Absolute informality. It's hard to believe that a business operates with such a lack of commitment to future clients. In my case, I inquired about a property several times, they initially say yes. But then they completely forget. It seems they have no interest in the business, no desire to work, and no formality whatsoever.

Negative experience: They have no word! And on top of that, they dispatch you quickly. I was looking for a property to buy, and every time I call to ask about a property I want to visit, they say yes, they will call you back, and they forget about you. You have to keep chasing them constantly just to get minimal attention, and it's exhausting. They don't show much interest in helping you with your property search. And there's no excuse because I have visited other agencies, and honestly, the service is much more personal, and they are genuinely interested in helping you with the search!

Negative experience: They take their agent fees and refuse to help you out when you need it. They won't contact the landlord nor make any repairs. They have refused to give back the deposit to 3 consecutive tenants (including myself). RUN AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE,THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

Negative experience: El trato ha sido malo. Son unos falsos que te dicen una cosa y luego hacen otra. Hemos estado 9 meses sin fregadero y al alquilar el piso no nos dijeron que ya estaba roto. Aún con esas condiciones (de estar fregando 9 meses en un cubo), hemos tenido que pagar lo que se estipulaba en el contrato. Ya seais pareja, familia, estudiantes, etc. no os lo recomiendo para nada.
