Negative experience: I was a tenant of one of these unscrupulous places, because it has no other name, and I had the shock of my life. A flatmate shared her bad review and the response she received was terrible, instead of an apology. They took money from the deposit and blamed us for the poor conditions of the apartment that it had before we moved in, and when we complained and demanded repairs (because the apartment was not shown to us in such bad condition, obviously, from the date it was shown until our entry, there were people who occupied that dwelling and left it filthy) they replied that student apartments were like that, and if we wanted something better we should go to a hotel. They provided us with a kitchen sink clogged with food from the previous residents and we couldn't even wash the dishes; we had to use the laundry sink. The washing machine and water heater didn't work, and two months passed with the 'handymen' they sent coming up to twice a week to fix things due to the poor condition of the apartment THAT WAS ALREADY LIKE THAT BEFORE WE ENTERED. The kitchen door handles were broken, furniture from two bedroom wardrobes was broken, a toilet cistern was broken, the steel curtain rod fell suddenly one day and if it had hit us on the head it could have killed us... you’re not, Ángel, in a position to act tough, because we know full well that the response comes from you. Your professionalism shines through its absence.

Negative experience: Neither tenants nor owners recommend this agency. They are self-interested, quick to show the apartment or to ask for payment; but when there is a problem, it can take days and days before they decide to fix it or not at all. Ángel, who does the checkouts, is a very unfriendly person and has zero customer service.
