Negative experience: Une agence malhonnête, capable de proposer des biens insalubres (de manière bien cachée). Tout se passait bien jusqu'au jour où nous sommes arrivés dans notre maison de location. Nous avons pris possession de notre maison le samedi 16/08 (Fener de Dalt 86) réservée via l'agence Fabrega Goertzen à Llançà. Cette maison est en fait 2 appartements, un à l'étage et un au RDC. En arrivant dans l'appartement du bas, nous avons senti une odeur nauséabonde. Après quelques recherches rapides nous découvrons du moisi au plafond de la chambre double du bas (voir photos). Réaction rapide de l’agence : nettoyage et mise en place d’un déshumidificateur (à ma demande). La veille de partir, nous avons par pur hasard découverts avec effroi l’ampleur des dégâts sous les lits de la chambre des enfants (chambre lits jumeaux du bas). Du moisi sur les lattes qui touchent le matelas. L’odeur persistante nous semblait anormale. Nos deux filles de 2 ans et 4 ans ont dormi pendant quasi une semaine dans du moisi. C’est insalubre. C’est intolérable. Nous pensions que passer par une agence serait plus rassurant et en fait pas du tout. J'ai donc contacté l'agence qui m'a proposé une remise de 15% sur la location. N'étant pas en phase avec cette légère remise étant donné le préjudice, j'ai demandé à contacter la direction notamment le directeur monsieur Josep María Rovirola qui m'a expliqué qu'il allait voir avec le propriétaire. Au final rien de tout cela ne s'est passé, il essaye de nous faire mentir et de minimiser ce qu'il s'est passé. Ce monsieur est malhonnête et ne répond plus à mes mails. Nous avons payé 2016€ pour la semaine la location de toute la maison. Hors c'est l'appartement du bas qui était insalubre et donc la moitié de la location. Des poursuites sont faites à leur encontre.

Negative experience: Terrible treatment from an agent at first. Losing potential clients from the start says a lot about the treatment that can be received from this agency. Judge for yourselves.

Negative experience: Very dirty accommodation upon our arrival (including the pool), some equipment was also broken or missing, so the description is not accurate. The agency explains to us that we are the first renters of the season and sends us a cleaning team. It is regrettable that the agency did not take care to check the condition of the accommodation before our arrival. This forced us to be available and wait in the accommodation while the cleaning was done. After 2 nights in the accommodation, we noticed the presence of insect-type fleas in the bedding (bites all over the body) and ants in the baseboards. We inform the agency the next day, which gives us new sheets (the only immediate solution given the time 6:45 PM). The possibility of being relocated is offered to us after checking availability the next day. But there was no follow-up from the agency either the next day or in the following days. We are informed on the day of departure that it was our responsibility to call the agency back. This seems absolutely outrageous to us given the harm suffered since our arrival and very borderline for a real estate agency. The least they should do is address the issues encountered and genuinely care about the wellbeing of the clients. We leave extremely disappointed and forced to seek treatment due to the significant number of bites and their poor progression.

Negative experience: Logement très sale à notre arrivée (y compris la piscine), certains équipements sont aussi cassés voire absents donc la description n'est pas conforme. L'agence nous explique que nous sommes les premiers locataires de la saison et nous envoie une équipe de ménage. Il est regrettable que l'agence ne se soit pas soucié de vérifier l'état du logement avant notre arrivée. Cela nous a obligé d'être disponible et d'attendre dans le logement pendant que le menage soit fait. Après 2 nuits dans le logement nous constatons la présence d'insectes type puces dans la literie (piqûres sur tout le corps) et de fourmis dans les plaintes. Nous prévenons l'agence le lendemain qui nous donne de nouveaux draps (seule solution immédiate étant donné l'heure 18h45). L'éventualité d'être relogés nous est proposée après vérification des disponibilités le lendemain. Mais aucun rappel de l'agence ni le lendemain ni les jours suivants. On nous explique le jour du départ que c'était à nous de rappeler l'agence. Cela nous paraît absolument incensé étant donné les préjudices subis depuis notre arrivee et très limite pour une agence immobilière. La moindre des choses serait de se préoccuper des problématiques rencontrées et de se soucier véritablement du bien-être des clients. Nous repartons extrêmement déçus et obligés de consulter étant donné le nombre important de piqûres et de leur mauvaise évolution.

Positive experience: Finques Fabrega/Goertzen by more holiday is a small but very nice agency for vacation apartments, holiday houses, and properties for sale in Llanca, Spain. We have been customers for about 30 years and are very satisfied. The service is very friendly and also multilingual. German, English, Spanish, and Catalan are of course spoken. With the new concept and owner, we have a more modern check-in and the service has also improved. Towels, kitchen cleaning utensils, and bed linens are now provided as well. Monze, the good spirit of the agency, is very friendly and helpful. Conclusion: Friendly staff in a modernized agency with beautiful rental properties at a good price-quality ratio.

Negative experience: The property is So small, the installations are very old and the furniture is so pity. I’m not gonna come back in these properties although it’s on the first line of beach but it’s a shame to live in 1890’s interior.

Negative experience: Location from 16/07/22 to 23/07/22, the tonyines, 10 rue empury. LIANCA turns into a nightmare due to the agency's lack of vigilance. Humid apartment, room that smells and lacks ventilation. As a result, my little girl received over 100 bedbug bites in the first three days.

Positive experience: Superb site, close to the beaches, shops, and the coastal hiking trail. Clean location with simple comfort, but terrace with a sea view, calm and relaxing.

Positive experience: Apartamento para 5 personas. Totalmente equipado. 2 lavabos, cocina, amplio comedor, balcón, calefacción. Con vistas al mar. Muy tranquilo. Aparcamiento al lado sin coste. Depósito 200 euros reembolsables a la salida. La señal de la TV española era deficiente (no así las internacionales con descodificador). No wifi. Personal muy amable y servicial. Recomendable para unas vacaciones tranquilas cerca de las playas.

Fantastic experience: Bin dort bereits seit Mitte der 80er Jahre Kunde. Ein guter,freundlicher Service,eine gute Auswahl an Ferienwohnung und moderate Preise. Leider wurde die Website nach der Firmenübernahme "verschlimmbessert". Moderner ist nun Mal nicht immer besser. Trotzdem empfehlenswert.
