Fantastic experience: For personal reasons, we had to find a home that fit our fairly modest budget in a very short time, given the state of the real estate market. We visited many real estate agencies, all of them did a financial study for us, and in all cases, buying a home was feasible. The problem was the agents who attended us... they would show us an apartment, and if we didn’t like it, it was 'see you later, alligator', they wouldn’t call us again. On top of the prices of the apartments, we had to add the agency fee, which, depending on the agency, ranged from 3% to 5%. But at InmoToré Velázquez, there was no commission to add; they had fixed sale prices, with no surprises or commercial tricks. At InmoToré Velázquez, Maribel attended us, and from the very first moment, she cared about our situation and helped us find an apartment, and she did just that. She is a lovely person and a professional. Also thanks to Juan Pablo, who was always making sure everything went smoothly. Giving 5 stars feels insufficient, thank you so much!!!

Negative experience: A young lady attended to me and told me that she would be at the meeting place at a certain time, which happened, but she didn't arrive. When I went to visit her the next day, she told me that something happened the day before that prevented her from coming. After having waited for her for an hour. Disastrous, one of the worst.
