Negative experience: Terrible company, where scammers work. I give one star because, unfortunately, I can't give zero. Incompetent agents, they do not return the advance, if you have any problems, rest assured that they will not help you.

Negative experience: Very bad customer service. I had an appointment with Javier to see a rental apartment in Malaga, and he made me wait 45 minutes at the entrance in the sun. I called him several times, he didn't answer, and he had WhatsApp disconnected.

Negative experience: Very demanding for how unprofessional they are, for the completion of a rental contract they require a lot of documentation, 2 MONTHS OF DEPOSIT (illegal for a housing contract, Art.36 of the Urban Lease Law), FEES (when the service is contracted by the owner), GUARANTEE with a salary, and then you have to keep calling them to schedule a visit to the property, which in my case did not happen and they didn't notify you at all. If they don't want to waste time, it's better to go to another real estate agency.

Negative experience: Horrible experience with these guys. Cooperation with them finally ended up with unpleasant case that the owner retianing our deposit for fake reassons - the damages caused before our check-in. And it's a question to what extend inmobilaria should mediate to resolve such cases and should check a property condition to avoid them.

Negative experience: I received very incompetent and unprofessional treatment from the real estate agency, they are very demanding in continuing to charge fees to the tenant. I made a reservation, and they sent me a poorly written document, which I requested to rectify and sign again later, but they denied me, receiving bad replies and comments threatening the reservation of the property. People who read this and know how things are will understand that it is not easy for the tenant, and we continue to endure abusive clauses and payments that I don't think are necessary. (FEES (when the service is contracted by the owner)) I later received a message informing me that the reservation had been made by someone else, meaning they are neither professional nor respectful, they are super selfish looking to make money quickly and without humility. I find the treatment very unprofessional and the responses from the worker have been lacking in empathy, seeking a commission. I don't think we are talking about buying a bag of potatoes; we are talking about large amounts which deserve a bit of respect and humility. If you don’t want to waste your time, it’s better to go to another real estate agency.

Negative experience: Abc Real Estate showed me a plot with a house, after a few days of moving papers I decided to reserve it. My surprise was that they wouldn't take my reservation because the supposed owner didn't want to reserve it. The agent Juan Francisco told me he would take it off the market while I got the mortgage. After a few days, my mortgage was accepted and the surprise I got again was that they wouldn’t sell it to me because supposedly the owner is selling it to a friend. Later I found out that he is selling it to a friend of the agent. What a disappointment from a real estate agency that plays with people's feelings and time.
