Negative experience: Terrible experience, I recommend NOT RENTING with Dixa. They took more than 2 and a half months to return the full deposit, and the contract stated it would be returned within a month at most. Each time they promised something different and never delivered. They attempted to charge me extra for electricity and cleaning costs. During the rental, they did not respond to messages, and the issues in the apartment were either not fixed or, in cases of significant issues (like the entire bathroom flooding), it took two weeks to send someone. This was not just with me; other people who stayed in the apartment had similar problems.

I met Diego in 2011 when the owner of the house where my mother and I lived (Abades 20) on an old rent decided to sell it. Unfortunately, I was poorly treated by the employee Fernando, with the exception of Julia, who attended to me well. Despite having European citizenship and financial resources, Fernando did not provide good service. Moreover, he refused to rent one of the available rooms and did not communicate this clearly. Instead, he ignored me on WhatsApp and, when he finally responded, he was rude. I felt very disappointed with this kind of attention, especially because Spaniards are generally very kind to foreigners.
