Negative experience: WARNING!!!! We arranged with them to see a warehouse and they made a proposal that we liked. After we had been moving around the Town Hall, getting permits, etc., they sent us a completely different and exaggerated proposal from what we agreed upon. They wasted our time, which is very valuable to us.
