In my case, a certain Guillermo González González charged me a thousand Euros as a deposit for the purchase of an apartment and told me that the sales agreement would be signed in a week, that only a few 'minor details' were left. After dragging things out and acting in a suspicious manner, I started investigating on my own and what was my surprise when I discovered that the owner had died 10 years ago. When I confronted him, he told me he said it was an inheritance, which is true, but of course, before charging me, he conveniently forgot to mention that detail, as a 'slip-up.' As you can imagine, under such conditions, with a guy acting with that lack of professionalism and transparency, I was not going to embark on the adventure of buying an apartment. I asked for my money back, and he got angry, yelled, and hung up on me saying not to call him again, that the legal department would call me. Well, there’s neither a legal department nor anything else; not only is there no office, no legal department, or anything, but it is declared as a real estate agency, and in reality, given what I’ve seen, it’s just one guy, a liar and unscrupulous, who engages in dirty business and scams anyone in front of him. The contact phone number is his personal phone, the contact email is his personal email, and the bank account, of course, is his personal account. My lawyer sent him a legal notice, officially demanding the refund, and I received silence in response. Just so you know, Guillermo, before you start lying to defend yourself, I’m not going to sue you, because my time, my mental health, and my energy are worth much more than a thousand euros and, of course, much more than you. I hope you’ve made the most of it and that no one else falls into your dirty game; it has been a pleasure not doing business with you.

We bought the house without a problem, and a few months later I was notified that the property has been reported and there is a demolition order for the annex and a restructuring of the window that leads to the patio. They are scammers. It's a pity that Google keeps removing my review every time I try to upload the image of the WhatsApp conversation, where I ask why I don't see the annex in the simple note, and Guillermo's response is, 'not to worry, it appears in the land registry and since it is an old property, it is normal for the registry and cadastre not to cross data, but it is part of the house.' In short, a real estate agent has the duty to be informed about the status of the property they are going to sell and to inform the buyer of all irregularities, as they are paying for that service. At no time was I informed that the property had a pending report filed with the town hall, with a demolition and reconstruction order for the facade. If I had been informed, obviously, we wouldn't have purchased it. In short, 'real estate agents' who either do not have the knowledge to perform the job, or unfortunately are scammers. In any case, I recommend before buying a property with them, to do the work they do not do but charge for, and go to the district town hall to inquire about possible irregularities.
