Fantastic experience: The best real estate agency in the neighborhood. From the moment they contacted me to manage the sale of my house, it has been totally satisfactory for me. We signed the documentation and I handed over the key copy, they did a professional photoshoot, scheduled the visits, and in a short period of time, magic, my house is sold. As for the documentation and the signing, it was a piece of cake, I gave authorization to both Miguel Ángel and Inmaculada so they could carry out the necessary procedures on my behalf (as it is very complicated for me to do it myself due to work). The transparency, recommendations, and management have been comprehensive. Now I just want to thank them for their services and wish them the best of luck and health because the work and results are all theirs.

Negative experience: A shocking lack of professionalism: they canceled an appointment at the last minute (an appointment to formalize an offer) citing empathy for family issues... And then - surprise surprise - someone made a higher offer before we had the chance to schedule a new appointment. Also - the best of the best - is that when you ask for explanations, they stop replying to you... Excellent all around. A lack of ethics and conduct completely unprofessional. Stay away from this agency.

Fantastic experience: True professionals who tell you the truth about the property and do not try to sell you false hopes just to get you in. They clearly know the neighborhood very well.

Negative experience: Disappointing. I tried to see an apartment with them months ago that seemed like a good opportunity and they were almost asking me for a deposit to be able to visit it. It felt like I was entering an auction. Very little professional ethics and outrageous fees. Not recommendable at all. I wouldn't want to be the owner of the property and know they manage my apartment like this. If you are thinking about leaving your apartment for sale with them, run away!!

Fantastic experience: Después de una nefasta experiencia con otra inmobiliaria para intentar vender mi piso, di con ellos y la verdad es que no lo pude dejar en mejores manos. Lo difícil que es todo esto y ellos me hicieron la vida más fácil. Atentos, cercanos, meticulosos y gestionan todo de tal forma que no me dio tiempo a preocuparme por absolutamente nada. En definitiva, unos verdaderos profesionales. Qué pena no haberlos encontrado antes.

Negative experience: No lo recomiendo. Quedan en llamar y no devuelven la llamada. Malas formas por teléfono. Avisamos que nos retrasamos 5 minutos y nos dejan plantados justificando que estaban esperando en la agencia, cuando no nos habian avisado en esto y no cogen el teléfono. Nos vamos sin ver el piso y no volvemos a contactar pisos de esta inmobiliaria
