Negative experience: quite negligent when it comes to helping the tenant, having to request a fridge many times for over 21 days, and on top of that, we left the apartment on April 3rd (that's when the contract was signed) and I paid a gas and electricity bill of 30 euros without using it.

Negative experience: NOT RECOMMENDED. Terrible management and bad manners. The agent Jose Luis was a disaster throughout the process. Once you have paid the bill, they give you the silent treatment. They only care about the commission and their image.
