We were lucky to meet Isaac while visiting an apartment, and since then the service was very professional, personal, and close, always attentive to inform us of new houses that matched what we needed. From the moment we saw what is now our apartment until the end of the process, we dealt with many people from the team, and we can affirm that they are all very good professionals and very attentive to all details. Thanks especially to Isaac for his help throughout the process and to Marcos from Kiron for fighting for the best conditions available for our mortgage. And also to the rest of the team who helped us at some point along the way (Raúl, Ramona,...).

Negative experience: A bunch of true thieves, and I'm being generous. One star is too much. I put my house for sale and they say they don't charge the buyer a commission. Well, I was told that the buyer was willing to pay a certain amount, but the buyer was actually willing to pay €10,000 more, and they kept that €10,000 for themselves and charged me a commission too, of course, a bunch of bastards. Be very careful about that and if you can talk to the buyer or seller, do it, because they lie to you; they never have enough. The name of the salesman is Gonzalo and the office director on Abtao Street in the Retiro area, calling them thieves is an understatement.

Negative experience: Speculation and Real Estate Bubble. Attitudes like those we have experienced at this Tecnocasa branch are what increase housing prices and create the real estate bubble. Pure speculation. Our case: We found a flat we loved on Idealista that was listed by Tecnocasa. We made an offer, and the Tecnocasa advisor said he thought it was great and that for that price, he would definitely secure the flat for us. We were so happy with the house that we even mentioned that we could offer a little more, and he told us it wasn't necessary, that the flat was definitely ours. We had to pay 3000 euros to Tecnocasa to make the offer, which theoretically guaranteed us exclusivity (according to their promise, no one else could offer to the owners once that amount was paid). They even conducted a financial study for us and welcomed us to the neighborhood. Additionally, we signed a document stating that we would pay 3% of the property to Tecnocasa upon signing the deposit (note, they charge a commission to both buyer and seller). Such was our interest in the flat. The thing is that a week later, the Tecnocasa advisor called us to say that our offer had been rejected and, to our surprise, that we were not given the option to make a new offer. That same day, the listing disappeared from Idealista. Furthermore, when asked on WhatsApp, the advisor avoided the question and said he was too busy to respond. A week later, the flat reappeared on Idealista, now with another real estate agency and with a renovation proposal, for 200K euros more than they initially asked. We understand that the market is the market, but these kinds of attitudes are what generate the real estate bubble and ruin families due to unscrupulous people. And no, I'm not confusing real estate agencies. If you wish, I can provide details of the property and the agents who carried out the operation.

Negative experience: We had a very bad experience with two employees from this office. We were interested in an apartment, we had arranged to make an offer, and 15 minutes before the appointment, we received a WhatsApp saying that the offer was not viable and that if we didn't want to waste our time, we shouldn't go. We were already on our way, we tried to contact by phone unsuccessfully, so we went to the office. We thought we should have been informed face to face and offered other properties or if there are no options at the moment, to be kept in mind for future properties that may arise. We were bothered by the treatment, we understand that there were no possibilities with this property, but the treatment was very bad. It's not about the substance, it's about the manner.

Fantastic experience: Las otras agencias Tecnocasa no lo sé, pero la de Abtao le doy 5 por que no puedo dar más. Siempre puntuales, implicados, respetaran los horarios que les indiqué (visitas solo sábados por la mañana) y hicieron fotos, video y tour 360 de categoría. Y vendieron el piso en un par de meses. A pesar del contexto de Covid y donde otras agencias habían fallado. Muchas gracias Ramona, en el primer encuentro me dijiste que nunca habías dejado un piso sin vender y has cumplido!

Negative experience: No todo vale, y yo me lo pensaría totalmente antes de poner mi vivienda en manos de gente poco "profesional" . Esto es muy grave Tengo una vivienda en venta con otra inmobiliaria, y una pegatina en el portal donde indica que ahí se vende un piso. Un comercial de Tecnocasa de esta oficina, ha preguntado a mis vecinos, a mi portero, ha mirado mi buzón, hasta que ha averiguado mi nombre y apellidos. Ha buscado mis teléfono en todas la bases de datos posibles, saltándose la ley de protección de datos por todos los lados. Finalmente han localizado a un familiar y le han preguntado por mi teléfono para ponerse en contacto conmigo porque quieren que firme con ellos como agencia para vender mi piso! En serio? Donde hemos dejado la ética profesional? Me siento acosada, han conseguido mis datos personales, localizar a familiares, contarles que tengo en venta un piso dando una vez más información sobre mi a terceros. Todo esto por conseguir un piso en su cartera de venta?? TOTALMENTE LAMENTABLE

Fantastic experience: Son una maravilla. Vendieron mi piso en solo dos semanas y me consiguieron uno de alquiler mientras duraba este proceso. Todo gestionado y llevado por ellos, yo no tuve que hacer nada más que firmar. Los muchachos, excelentes en el trato y en conocimientos del sector. Antes de entrar a cualquier otra "inmobiliaria paco", con los cuales ya he tenido mis rifirrafes, recomiendo acudir a cualquier Tecnocasa, ya que ellos saben de los barrios de Madrid y de su valor más que ningún otro

Negative experience: Trato muy poco profesional debido a la poca experiencia de sus asesores así como la dejadez de sus encargados, además cobran clausulas abusivas a ambas partes, no recomendable.
