Negative experience: We sought the services of InmoYael to move from Salamanca to Madrid in September last year. Although they initially offered us real estate personal shopper services, they closed the doors on us without giving us an opportunity or explanation and stopped responding to our emails. Finally, and with a lot of luck, we found the apartment we wanted. The impression we are left with is that InmoYael is more of a facade on social media than an effective real estate service. Their customer service leaves much to be desired. It seems that their business model focuses on taking advantage of the vulnerability of newly arrived Venezuelans, while ignoring those of us who already reside here. We do not recommend their services. If you are looking for serious and professional real estate assistance, we suggest exploring other options. InmoYael promises a lot but delivers little.

The idea was to look for a rental apartment, buying was not an option for us, but it turns out that the lovely Yani, so professional, knew while talking to us that our profile was to buy. After the meeting, we left looking for options and areas to buy, within a week we were in talks with the great financial advisor Ana Belén. Yesterday, the 29th, it became a reality!!! Negative experience: They have not adapted to the new housing law and charge tenants a month's agency fee, which is illegal. They disguise it by calling it 'fees'. They pressure and then stop responding. Additionally, they force tenants to bear the cost of the non-payment insurance. An absolute disgrace. In response to your comment, we have sent them four emails since January and they have not responded to any of them. If you are a tenant... run away!!

Negative experience: Some scammers. It is ILLEGAL to charge a month's agency fee. THEY DO NOT MAKE A CONTRACT in their apartments. What a shame not to be able to give 0 stars. I add after reading InmoYael's response, in which they say that no contract is made because rooms are rented, and at the same time, that the agency fee is paid so that there are no abusive contracts for tenants. You cannot have an abusive contract if YOU DO NOT MAKE A CONTRACT. It is abusive not to make a contract, it is abusive to prohibit visits, and it is abusive to charge the tenant a month's agency fee. You know better than anyone that your work as an agency is for the benefit of the landlord, who is the one who hires your service and therefore must pay for it. Enough already of taking advantage of tenants.
