To me, a big difference compared to other local real estate agencies we dealt with in previous years, and without good results (besides being more attentive and pleasant, they are young people, eager, and know what they are doing well). In another commercial property we have, they managed to get a very good long-term lease agreement, which left us surprised, a great negotiation on their part.
