Chacun connaît bien son métier. qui plus est, chose qui n'existe pas en France avec les agences immobilières, L'équipe assure un service après-vente très appréciable dont notamment les souscription de contrat pour l'énergie ou l'assurance. Quelque soit le motif il est toujours possible de venir demander de l'aide à l'agence pour des démarches ou services et je n'ai jamais vu cela ailleurs. Ils ont le souci de la qualité du service rendu et ils nous apportent encore aujourd'hui, même après 2 ans d'achat, de nombreux services et conseils. C'est une aide précieuse. Negative experience: I have entrusted the seasonal rental of my apartment to this agency for 5 years. This summer, due to a water leak, one of the tenants only occupied the apartment for one week instead of 2. The agency paid me for the week that was occupied, from which they deducted agency fees as well as the equivalent of one week of rental. By renting the apartment, I not only did not make money, but I also lost it. When I asked for explanations from the person in charge of the rental, she told me that I would be paid by insurance for the week of no rental; however, for charging me for one week of renting, there was no valid explanation. Faced with this lack of coherence, I requested to meet her superiors, and she replied that she does not have any. Is she the boss of Finques Company? After checking, I learned from other employees that there are indeed superiors. I asked to be contacted and have not heard from them in 2 weeks. Is a lawsuit the only solution to be heard by them? If you are a property owner, run away, you can surely find better.

The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk to both the beach and the city center. Negative experience: After we had fully transferred the rental for the holiday home, we were informed 4 days before the trip that the owner was staying an extra week and the holiday home was not available. As an alternative, an apartment was offered to us for one week. The apartment was not comparable, and we were supposed to move to the booked house after a week. According to the agency, there is nothing that can be done about it. Our vacation in 2023 was ruined.

Negative experience: No se ni por dónde empezar. Aquí una lista resumida de nuestra experiencia (alquiler vacacional ático para 2 personas): ⁃ Al llegar los fuegos estaban aceitosos y de 4 solo funcionaba 1 ⁃ No obligaron a traernos unas sábanas por el covid. Después los vasos estaban llenos de huellas y labios. ⁃ En la mirilla de la puerta alguien había pegado una tirita. ¿O era otra medida anti covid? ⁃ Las paredes de la casa están llenas de suciedad.... destacaban especialmente huellas de zapatazos en el techo y los mosquitos espachurrados ⁃ Se nos acabo la bombona y no había ninguna de repuesto. Estuve llamando y me saltaba un contestador en catalán, francés e inglés indicándome que no llamase a esa hora que estaban cerrados. Cuando por fin los localicé, me comentaron que la bombona me la dejaban abajo pero que la tenía que subir yo al ático sin ascensor. Tuve que inventarme que me dolía la espalda. ⁃ El patio estaba conectado al del otro ático por una pequeña puerta sin candado de unos 50 cm. El colofón final fue que nos dimos cuenta que desde el portal había una puerta por donde se accedía a estos patios y estaba abierta!!!!! Perfecto para conciliar el sueño saber que te puedes encontrar a alguien mirándote desde la ventana mientras duermes.... o contigo dormido. La costa brava nos encantó:) PD : Toda está experiencia por tan solo 100€ la noche

Elles ont accepté mes visites et mes contre-visites, elle m'ont conseillé pour les démarches bancaires, notariales et m'ont aidé à obtenir rapidement mon NIE. L'agence s'occupe actuellement de finaliser les dossiers administratifs auprès de la mairie et des fournisseurs gaz, eau, électricité pendant que je commence à profiter de mon nouveau lieu de vie.
