Negative experience: The response from this real estate agency to my review is complete cynicism. The sold VPO property was missing a year to be able to sell it freely, and I trusted them. These people never told me; they HID it. It's still a nightmare for me and it has caused me harm that I am paying for. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF UNRELIABLES, and what I said: The cosmos will make them pay for the indecency they have done. That's what they are, INDECENT.

Negative experience: UNRELIABLE, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND SCAMMERS. From the first time we talked to them, it seemed fishy. They told us they had several apartments but that one of them had to be paid under the table. We are from Madrid and looking for an apartment in Lugo. We arranged to see one apartment, and the next day they called us to cancel and said they would show us another apartment that was within our price range. Once in Lugo, having booked a hotel and having an appointment with a set date and time, 2-3 hours before, they called us and said we couldn't do the visit but could show us another apartment that was double the price we were looking for. They are utterly unreliable and very unprofessional. We returned to Madrid after paying for a hotel without seeing the apartment, and they didn't care at all. A disgrace. Furthermore, they blamed everything on the intern girl, and the supposed owner 'Jaime' (with whom we had the appointment to see the apartment) didn't even bother to contact us.

Fantastic experience: We had excellent service, we bought a house with them and we are very happy with this real estate agency.

Negative experience: I curse the day I entered this Real Estate company, malpractice. I fully trusted them and they failed to inform me of the only point that would have benefited me. I don't blame Carla and Mónica. This real estate agency has made me lose thousands of euros by not informing me of the key point I mentioned. It was the worst thing that ever happened to me, and this affected my health (I have medical evidence). The one who claims to be the boss sold it to a friend or acquaintance of his, favoring that profit of thousands that I missed out on. So much so, that I would give ten thousand euros to the buyer to be able to recover the property. Disaster! And nights and nights without sleep. The karma of the universe will decide sooner or later.

Negative experience: Little professionalism from one of the agents (Jaime) who shows homes, arrived half an hour late with stained clothes, we offered an amount for the apartment we saw and we are still waiting for a response... very poor management but luckily we found something better and at another real estate agency.

Negative experience: Pésima gestión. Perdimos un piso tras hacer una oferta por no darnos información a tiempo. No les importan los clientes. No sé la recomiendo a nadie. La peor inmobiliaria de Lugo, sin duda.

Negative experience: Mi experiencia ha sido de lo PEOR con esta inmobiliaria... el primer piso que nos alquilaron estaba totalmente sucio y cuando lo entregamos dijeron que lo habían entregado limpio. Con el segundo piso muchas cosas en mal estado y así lo alquilan bien caro. A los extranjeros les muestran los peores pisos en muy mal estado y más caros. NO LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE.

Negative experience: Nefasta, hemos realizado una oferta por un piso y ni se preocuparon en saber si había otros posibles compradores por otro lado o por si queríamos mejorar oferta, y 5 días después, y sin que se pusieran ellos en contacto con nosotros nos enteramos de que ya se había vendido el piso por otro lado, sabiendo que 3 días antes de esto el vendedor tenía otra oferta y en vez de llamarnos para comunicarnos si queríamos hacer otra oferta o comentarnos la situación, simplemente no hicieron nada. Pasotismo total, no pienso volver a trabajar con ellos gracias a su total falta de compromiso para con un potencial cliente. Cuando una agencia debería velar por el interés de sus posibles clientes nos encontramos con la falta de profesionalidad y rigor que se espera de ellos.
