Negative experience: I give one star because there's no option to give none. I rented an apartment on May 10. When I went to see it, the person in charge of Merkocasa promised that the issues would be fixed. I moved into the apartment on May 15. I discovered more damages: the kitchen hood throws grease down when it is on, and the washing machine doesn't spin. I am told that they will fix it. As of June 2, everything is still not fixed. I told them I want to terminate the contract due to their breaches, and they told me to leave but that they wouldn't return my deposit. A very negative experience full of discomforts.
