Negative experience: They manage the apartment above mine, which they have rented. They were informed that they have a leak that is causing dampness and damage. A certain Francesc attended to me and told me not to do anything as he would take care of everything. A month later, my tenant tells me that nothing has been fixed yet. After the second month, she tells me that they have finally fixed the leak but that they say they do not intend to fix the dampness, which falls on the person who rents the apartment (that is, me). I call him, and he reiterates that I must fix it myself, addressing me as 'nen' and 'noi'. I ask him to speak to me with respect and remind him that insurance has civil liability to cover damages they cause to other people or properties... to which he answers with an air of superiority that he works in this field. Regrettable attitude and furthermore... what professionalism can someone who does not know something so elementary have? Or is it intentional since their insurance does not cover repairs or is there negligence, and he just intends to shift his obligation to me? No matter how you look at it, nothing professional in the manners, in the actions, and in everything. I informed my insurance broker, and we filed a claim against their company. I do not recommend someone so unprofessional at all.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional. I called to inquire about an apartment, and they directly asked what we do. I said that my partner and I are self-employed, and without asking us about our income, they told us they wouldn't show it to us. By mistake and unsure if it was the same apartment, as there are many rentals in that block, my husband called to ask about an apartment (not remembering if it was the same one or not), and they didn’t ask him what we do, and we agreed to see the apartment. When we arrived at the building entrance, they asked us, 'Do you have pets?' We said yes, we have a small dog, and they immediately turned to us and said, 'Oh, then there's no need to see it because regarding the flooring, pets are not allowed.' Nowhere in the ad does it say that pets are NOT allowed, and it seems to me a lack of respect for people's time. This real estate agency shows very little interest in renting apartments, and now that I’ve seen the rest of the reviews, I see that this is a common pattern for this company.

Negative experience: Avoid renting, they do not meet the hiring conditions, do not take responsibility, and evade mistakes and do not admit them. Apartment where pets are not allowed and they say it is delivered clean. You move the sofa and furniture and everything is covered in dust, animal hair... On top of that, they call you a liar when you say it's dirty and you provide proof photos. They charge you a fee of 800 and something euros to make a contract, change the name of the water and electricity/gas supply, and tell you lies. Because, of course, once they have the money, they wash their hands of it. They come to work so that others can work deceiving. Sincerity and honesty are glaringly absent. Their response has been that they do not return the 800 euros and that we should find something else.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service, they refuse to send photos of a property via email, this is how they will sell!

Fantastic experience: Encantada! El servicio es excelente, el personal está muy pendiente de las necesidades del inquilino. Les mandé un e-mail a las 16:52 un sábado y me respondieron a las 16:54 con un e-mail y luego me llamaron. El trato es inmejorable, intentan que el servicio sea lo más cómodo para el cliente, te envían toda la información y procuran que no se les escape detalle. Son honestos e impecablemente atentos con el cliente. Extremadamente deleitada, sin duda recomendaría esta agencia a quien fuera! Han superado las expectativas !!
