Realistic market price assessment, absolutely reliable, professional, serious, and fair support, comprehensive handling down to the last detail - even after the notary appointment. I can only recommend Blauhouse to all sellers and buyers!

Negative experience: Good afternoon, the apartment was very good, the holidays even better. The agency kept insisting the day before to return the keys and please leave before 10 am. We returned the keys and contacted them (before 10) to inform them that we had broken a plate, and when it came time to refund our deposit, they gave us back 3 euros less. Next time we won't report any breakages, hahahaha.

Positive experience: This year I rented the apartment again that I have been renting for years. We felt neglected with the agency's mobile phone, closed on Saturday afternoon, well, but it was an emergency and we managed as best as we could.....Apart from that, good location and we were comfortable.

Negative experience: Very bad experience with this real estate. They should rethink their profession. I would never recommend.

Fantastic experience: Somos unos habituales de vacaciones en Llança en verano. Y no confiamos en nadie más para el alquiler de vivienda vacacional. La situación de sus viviendas es inmejorable (Cau del Llop). El personal es muy proactivo y cualquier duda o problema están allí para solucionarlo. No hemos tenido nunca ningún problema (entrega de piso, limpieza, vecinos). Para el 2023 volveremos a confiar en ellos para nuestras vacaciones

Negative experience: La casa y la piscina estaba sucia y llena de hormigas. No te informan de que no está vallada y por la noche entran jabalíes. A nosotros nos mató uno a nuestra perrita. Las vistas de la casa son muy bonitas, es lo único bueno.
