Let's start with the fact that we are two friends who have been looking for apartments to move in together for over eight months. My name is Yara and my partner is Gardenia. We basically went to the real estate agencies that people recommended to us like RENCASA or (LLAVR VIDA WHICH I RECOMMEND YOU AVOID BECAUSE THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS. A GUY WHO DOESN'T EVEN HAVE A SALES DEGREE SHOWS YOU THE APARTMENT AND TAKES AN HOUR TO ARRIVE, OFTEN LEAVING YOU IN THE LURCH OR CHANGING THE TIME WITHOUT EVEN INFORMING YOU). Anyway, returning to the case, considering that we went to various real estate agencies, highlighting those two in particular where we left deposits and waited a month and a half for responses, we felt like they were playing with our money as if you were going to a bank asking for a loan only to pay it back without interest, but with delays. One more day while we wandered around looking for another opportunity at a different agency, we stumbled upon this owner named Antonio. We honestly didn’t have many expectations after going through those previous circumstances, so we asked him if he could show us any available apartment for us to move in together. We explained our situation and the paperwork we had, etc. He was very attentive, polite, and professional, showed us an apartment we didn’t like, but the next day he showed us another one that convinced us more. He asked for all the proper documentation, took a few days to get back to us, and I suppose to make an agreement with the owner, and in less than a week, we had a 'yes' that we could move in, which was a relief for us. After searching for apartments for eight months and having seen more than 40 in a city that is not Barcelona, we’re talking about Lleida, and being denied more than eight apartments after paying deposits, for someone to give us the opportunity—in this case, Antonio—gave us a lot of hope and made us think that there are still decent real estate agencies that don’t play with your money or waste your time. So if I had to describe Finques Rondes in a few words, I would say professional, direct, and a real estate agency that gives you the opportunity to achieve your dreams, which in our case was moving in together. We are very grateful to this agency, considering we are foreigners and felt that other agencies looked at us a bit with distrust for being foreigners. In contrast, the owner of Finques Rondes neither judged us nor wasted our time, so if you’re wondering whether it’s worth trusting this agency and making agreements with them, I would say yes, because I’ve lost so much time with others that are more prestigious, turning out to be some of the oldest in Lleida.
