Negative experience: My experience with the service provided through the Digital Kit has been completely unsatisfactory. The service is poor, which has caused numerous inconveniences with our clients and partners. From the beginning, I have faced constant issues, wasted time, and inadequate customer service. Additionally, the database is not updated, and we know of cases where agencies, after years of having canceled their service, still see their properties published without being able to remove them. This represents a serious problem for those of us who publish properties in the MLS, affecting the trust of buyers and sellers. Another major mistake has been the incorrect publication of phone numbers, displaying those of our partners instead of ours, which has led to the loss of clients and generated numerous additional problems. The website design is outdated, with limited options, and the editor only allows modifying superficial aspects such as colors and fonts. If you are looking to have complete control over the design and management of your website, or if you want a modern and functional page, I recommend looking for alternatives, as all they offer is a rigid template, accompanied by constant obstacles to make any changes.

Negative experience: WORTHLESS COMPANY, NOT RECOMMENDED They are not professional at all, you have to constantly call them to fix their mistakes and they don’t provide any solutions or take responsibility, causing serious inconveniences and a bad image for our company. They only know how to say it's a system failure and that nobody is to blame. And on top of that, they start leaving bad reviews for the companies that complain. What a shame... It's a pity to have wasted so much time with them trying to make everything work and giving them chance after chance. Regrettable, think very well before hiring them, no matter how capable they may seem at first.

We always seek the best technical solution. We are successfully integrated with most real estate CRMs, which do not wish to switch to our real estate program INMOPC, but love our websites for their features and quality, like in your case. We also export to the main national and international real estate portals. Our CRM INMOPC is one of the most comprehensive on the market, with a multitude of solutions (prospecting, matching, showcase, electronic signature, electronic billing, operations, vacation rentals, etc.) that have placed us as one of the leading real estate programs in Spain, reflected in the more than 900 real estate agencies that trust our services. We regret your departure and are at your disposal whenever you wish.
Negative experience: I met them while working at a real estate agency and recommended them to two more agencies of acquaintances... which I deeply regret because in both where I recommended them, they only caused problems for the work of entrepreneurs who go above and beyond to provide a good service in such a competitive and arduous sector as real estate. It turned out to be a site that promises to facilitate real estate work and, on the contrary, causes losses of time and clients due to malfunctions in the data handling or different data management, ultimately harming the client. This damages the image of the company that is public-facing. And to make matters worse, when these two agencies decided to terminate their services after several complaints, the team at inmopc has been leaving UNFOUNDED BAD REVIEWS for these two agencies with reasons like 'they yell a lot'... playing with other people's work to unimaginable levels, honestly. I am very sorry to have been the one who recommended this company, and I deeply regret the mishap that these two agencies are experiencing with this team.

Negative experience: terrible service. We have been with them since February 2024 and we have problems with the CRM every month. Every month disturbing clients due to their system failures. We do not recommend them at all. We are going to abandon the service with them starting next month because they do not have the professionals or infrastructure they should. The same page and CRM error month after month and hours on the phone to solve a recurring problem. Total hindrance to real estate work, waste of time, lack of professionalism, and I could keep going.

Negative experience: One of the worst treatments I have ever received. There is a person named Inmacula ... (she refused to give me her last name) who I can only describe as rude, arrogant, and ill-mannered, constantly interrupting in a cocky manner. I do not recommend this company at all.

Hola Isidro, nos alegramos que estéis contentos. La verdad que quedó muy bien la web. Entre los los confinamientos y el tele-trabajo de algunos de nuestros compañeros del departamento de diseño se retrasó un poco la entrega de la web, pero ya finalmente está operativa. Muchas Gracias por vuestra paciencia y confiar en nosotros.
Negative experience: NO HE TRABAJADO CON NADIE TAN POCO COMPETENTE EN MI VIDA Encargamos el diseño de nuestra página web y para empezar decir que no tiene nada que ver lo que te venden con lo que es realmente. Supuestamente no son plantillas y son totalmente personalizadas, pero a la hora de la verdad lo único que puedes cambiar es la disposición de los textos e imágenes, es decir, poco más de lo que puedes modificar usando una plantilla. Lo peor es que de las limitaciones te enteras una vez hecho el pago. Además, si tú dices que quieres una cosa ellos te ponen lo que consideran, mostrando una total falta de voluntad de hacer bien las cosas. Para colmo la web (que tardó 3 meses en estar "operativa") funcionaba lenta, no era responsive, no tenía el certificado de seguridad (esto es algo que no tiene coste pero ellos te pretenden cobrar 70 euros más al año), el apartado de inmuebles destacados no funcionaba, los correos electrónicos no paraban de bloquearse o estaban llenos a la mínima.... Contactas con ellos para que lo resuelvan y no hacen nada o directamente te dicen que no es posible (nos venden la página diciendo que los inmuebles destacados se importarían de forma automática desde el CRM y a la décima llamada reclamando que lo hicieran funcionar, a lo cuál me respondían que lo harían, nos dicen que no se pueden importar automáticamente, que se hace de forma manual). Para lo único que van rápido es para venderte algo, tú les comentas que los correos funcionan mal y a los 5 minutos te mandan publicidad para que contrates más capacidad sin ni siquiera ver por qué funcionan así. En resumen, te tiras 4 meses peleándote con ellos para que la página web y los correos electrónicos operen correctamente y mientras ellos te van cobrando el diseño y el mantenimiento. Total: 500 € tirados a la basura.

Negative experience: he estado 1 año con ello y fatal, cuando he pedido el traspaso de mi dominio me costado 20 dias y ya lo he tenido que poner en manos de mi abogado , unos sinverguenzas , fatal
Fantastic experience: Sin duda una gran elección. Hace 8 meses contratamos con INMOPC el programa y recientemente nos han diseñado la web. INMOPC es un software de gestión muy completo y nos facilita mucho la publicación automática en portales. El soporte técnico es muy rápido. Mejor que otros CRM en cuanto a fiabilidad, uso y atención al cliente.
