Negative experience: The experience could not have been worse. On the day they handed us the keys, they only gave us one key for the front door of the apartment and one for the storage room. No garage key, no front door key, nor elevator key. A process that lasted a month and a half, and they were unable to make a copy. Not to mention the poor bureaucratic management of our contacts, they lost documents and compulsively requested documents that they had already been sent by email.

Negative experience: This real estate agency has some unclear issues. Someone should keep an eye on them.

Negative experience: This is the first time I've contacted this real estate agency, they told me that the salesperson would get in touch with me at most in a couple of days, and on the second day of waiting they sent me a WhatsApp apologizing for not having visited the property, without even telling me if they would call me to arrange a visit. If this is their way of selling...

What a coincidence that the last one always remains... This way of working is inappropriate for a real estate agency that deals with Sareb apartments... something we all agree on.

Little information, couldn't schedule the visit at the moment, doesn't listen to the clients, and says we must call again a day before to ensure there is a visit. Negative experience: After a year of waiting with no one from Aliseda Barcelona, (Sandra, Cristina) showing any interest in the sale of the apartment, I had to fend for myself to acquire the property. It's a shame that companies like this operate in this field; there have been obstacles from the start. I would never recommend this real estate agency for managing home purchases. They never answer the phone when you need something, but when the purchase is about to conclude, they suddenly appear. A total disaster.

Negative experience: You can't give less than 1 star, but that's what they deserve. I tried to buy a parking space in Aravaca and after 3 occasions where I called them (within a waiting period of 20 days), they told me 'it must be because the salesperson has a lot of workload'... Then they will say that they have failed without knowing why, what a garbage real estate agency. Anyway... that's how it goes for them. You only need to read some reviews to see the level of the company.

Negative experience: Impossible to buy anything from them. They always have excuses not to show the place, even if you make an appointment via WhatsApp, it's all a setup. They must have hidden interests to advertise it or God knows what, but they are not going to sell it to you.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I scheduled a visit to an apartment for today, Wednesday, August 28th at 5 PM. In the communication via WhatsApp with Ms. Greta, she noted it down, and then I wrote this morning to confirm the visit. Upon arriving at the location, I called her, and she mentioned that she had forgotten my visit, and that the apartment is also reserved. I accept her apologies, but unfortunately, this shows a lack of seriousness, and I hope this doesn’t happen to others.

Negative experience: I have been waiting for weeks for a solution regarding a parking space I am interested in buying. It turns out they told me to cut in line to see it... I did, and I am still waiting for the call and the information on the amounts I requested. For you to read the ad to me over the phone, I can do that myself.

Negative experience: Terrible experience, interested in seeing a property. They ask me for all kinds of information, including my ID number, which I obviously am not willing to give to see a property, however, I provide it because I am very interested. I wait a week without receiving a call from Aliseda, so I call back to see what is going on. I get a call center and they say: 'Oh we are very sorry, we will report it to the sales advisor, you will receive a call within 48 hours.' The deadline passes and no one calls, I call again and they say the same but 72 hours. The deadline passes again and I call back, and now I can't even reach a person, just a bot that says it will report it to the advisor. After 3 weeks, the house appears as sold today, without receiving a single call. I will never contact these scammers again.

Negative experience: The sales representative from Aliseda (Nelly) is a great professional. The real estate agency is a disaster; how can they publish a property that is boarded up? Thanks to the sales representative who contacted me to inform me that the building could not be accessed to visit the apartment.

Negative experience: Everything was perfect until they took the check, then they neglected the situation and are not fixing an error we have in the Deeds. It's been 10 days of calling and emailing insisting that they please fix this error, and we have received no response. Yes, it is August and people are on vacation, but there weren't so many vacation issues when it came to signing and taking the check.

Negative experience: The first real estate agency I know that doesn't call interested people about their properties. They take your details, that’s for sure, so even if you tell them that you DO NOT want to receive communications or advertising, they start sending you daily emails. Zero seriousness.

Fantastic experience: They provide us with 3 options, I should add a fourth one, for example in my case: I agreed to visit it between September 9 and 14 when I will be in Galicia, I am from the south of Spain. Regards.

Negative experience: Being interested in two properties that Aliseda has published/advertised on the Idealista portal in the town of Fisterra (A Coruña) with certain characteristics/description/photos/price, I was surprised that when I asked the local salesperson to call me for certain clarifications about the houses, absolutely nothing matched what was advertised......only the price..... which is evidently the same, but the m² of the houses are half and none of the characteristics match, when I told the seller this he had no other way than to hang up the phone and cut the call, without any explanation. A true disaster. Is it deception or sales fraud? I give it a 1 since I can't give it a 0.

I have been sending documentation for two months, today was supposed to be the signing and the purchase was for a home, storage room, and garage, and they tell me that the storage room is not included because it is under another company's name. What a bunch of shameless people, Ocaña.

Negative experience: A complete disaster Aliseda as a real estate agency, customer service is non-existent, not recommendable, I've been trying for weeks to schedule an appointment and nobody gets in touch.

Negative experience: They advertise apartments that are a 'mistake' (that’s what they tell you) just to obtain your data (phone, email, ID card) and do who knows what with it. My recommendation: don’t waste your time.

Negative experience: A complete scam. They only want to ask for your personal information (even ID) for their commercial purposes. They put up 'bait' ads to obtain this information. They provide no information about the property you inquire about.

Negative experience: They sold a storage room without a key to enter, and they did not warn that it had leaks, making its use for leaving furniture and clothes useless.

Fantastic experience: They are great professionals. Supporting and advising throughout the home buying process. We are very satisfied with their management.

Negative experience: They are a bunch of crooks. You spend time sending them documentation that they constantly require for what they say is to control money laundering, and then when you go to the notary, you can't pick up your purchase deed because once they take the check with the money, they don't pay their share of the invoice at the notary.

Negative experience: I have shown interest in several properties managed by this real estate agency and they always collect a lot of information to schedule a call or a visit from a salesperson, but they never contact you! I have seen in some forums that it apparently happens to many people and what they are really interested in is collecting data! Be careful.

Negative experience: A shame. We saw a property which after we signed up to see it and received no option for a visit, we finally managed to schedule the visit. A gentleman came who told us that he was neither an advisor from Aliseda, but an agent from a consultancy and that he had no idea about anything other than the price and a little more. Nevertheless, we view the apartment and as I said, we had been trying to get it for 3 months, and when we tell him we want to reserve it, he gives us a paper with a QR code and a phone number. We call since nothing appears when we scan the QR code and they tell us that the apartment cannot be sold due to an administrative issue. This was last Wednesday and they still haven't told us anything at all, and I know they won't because after calling several times, they hung up on me since they don't like complaints. To top it off, now they tell me that if I want the apartment, the price has gone up to 282,000 Eur. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL.

Negative experience: Good morning. I find it a complete lack of everything on the part of the company. After the salesperson mentioned to me that there was a staff shortage due to vacations and that the person in charge of the procedures was overwhelmed, and now having passed the legal deadline of 15 days, I still have not received a response to know if I can acquire a plot. Then they guide me to file an incident, which means another 48 hours have passed, leaving me without knowing if I will be able to acquire this plot.

Negative experience: After the sales advisor called me with terrible treatment, he asked me for my ID, to which I clarified that I shouldn't have to give my ID for a visit to see an apartment. In any case, if I am interested after the visit, yes, and he told me that without my ID there is no visit. After reading the negative comments, I understand that these people only confuse potential clients for nothing. Incompetent.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. Lack of transparency, professionalism, and shame. They keep you waiting for visits, make you call, wait, and then cancel without explanations. I suppose they just want to attract clients with great apartments as a lure, which you conveniently can't access after a thousand twists and turns.

Fantastic experience: We have acquired a property with them through Cartel Real State, our experience has been positive. The process has been quite lengthy due to all the documentation regarding money laundering that needs to be submitted, but at all times we felt supported and they always attended to us promptly. Negative experience: Dissatisfied with everything, they lack professionalism and more preparation in their sales. Their sales do not have their papers properly completed, their information is incorrect regarding what they sell, it is reportable for deceiving the buyer, it is outrageous but this will end someday for breaking the law. They buy and sell what is available, not what was. They sell as they please, and that is not how it works. If they need to fix papers, they should do it and charge for it, but they shouldn't play with what they sell because inflation will have to be paid sooner or later.

Negative experience: Be careful, when they call you they ask for your email and ID number, even without seeing anything just for calling. Avoid giving documents to the first person who calls you, whether it's a real estate agency, a job, or something else. This real estate agency seems to be posting more fake ads than anything else.

Negative experience: There is an apartment for sale in Haro, we went to see it and it turns out that to access the apartment you have to enter through the neighbor's apartment, literally, go through the neighbor's house. It's a shame that this wasn't in the ad or that they didn't warn us before arriving.

After several days of insisting for someone to answer the phone, since the appointment you make on the website is not real until they call you to confirm it, they omit that it is an auction and the price is increasing. However, once you manage to contact the real estate agents, they are very friendly.

Negative experience: Aliseda does not provide accurate information about its products; it deceives and is not clear. They might offer you a wonderful piece of land, and it turns out to be a ravine or a hillside. Gentlemen, a bit of seriousness is needed; what are they trying to achieve with these practices, like this one and others? I see Aliseda and I don't even bother; it immediately gives me a sense of rejection. This is the consequence, and from what I've heard from acquaintances, they experience the same thing. Let's put a stop to these pirates.

I have sent emails, I have called, and there has been no way for someone named Mónica to get in touch with me. If you read this review, please contact me as I want to have my remote control to be able to enter the parking.

Negative experience: Not satisfied with this real estate agency, we were interested in a property, we called more than 15 times in a row and the answer was always the same, that the property was not yet in the system. Now we call back and the answer is different, it was in the system but it was already reserved (the property in question). I really think it's a joke and very little professionalism.

Negative experience: Well, I've made countless calls, I don't know how many times I've tried to book an appointment online... very nice words but nothing, there's no way to get an appointment. These are not coincidences, they must have reasons we don't know for not wanting to sell.

Negative experience: Well, the truth is that I was disappointed because 1. it has a house but with squatters and also part of the land is public land. And 2. I had to buy another plot a bit further down that had the same issue as if the other one was interested, I believe the price is 160,000 or 180,000 with a house. However, the issue of public land I didn't understand well, but I understand that it is public land and they will take away land from the parcel.

Negative experience: A shortcut for scammers. They play with people's dreams. You call to see a house and it's impossible. A salesperson will call you who never shows up and it's impossible to see the property. It's shameful.

I contacted them about an apartment in Palma de Mallorca on a Friday, I called and gave the reference, I asked if it was still available, and they told me yes. They said that a sales representative would call me on Monday or Tuesday at the latest. And of course, they did not call me. After about a week, the apartment was no longer listed. They asked for personal information. It’s a way for them to have your data in their system, which I will call to have deleted as per the Organic Law 3/2018, December 5, on the protection of personal data and the guarantee of digital rights. Do not contact them even if the apartment is a bargain because it’s a waste of time and a headache. I don’t understand how they aren’t sued and continue to operate as a real estate agency.

Negative experience: I sent an email about a listing for a piece of land they had on Idealista, and they didn't reply (this was some time ago). I sent another one last week, and with a WhatsApp bot, they asked for all my details and said they would call me. It turns out that they have now canceled the listing and have put everything up for sale as a group of plots that were previously listed separately.

Fantastic experience: Although the purchasing process took a couple of months, I can only thank Javier Escudero and Miguel Ángel for their professionalism; they made everything easier.
