Positive experience: Bea and Irene are unbeatable, they accompany you throughout the process, they are quick at getting information, documents, etc., and I loved feeling their joy when I bought my house. I don't give a 5 because I felt frustrated with the commission, it is very high and for the apartment I bought it was too much. I talked to Alberto (the boss) to reduce it, not pay the VAT or something like that, and he told me that first we would finalize the purchase and we would talk about it when we knew there would be a business, that is, when there was already money for the deposit and an offer accepted by the owners. I shouldn't have been surprised when he later told me it was impossible, that I should have closed it earlier, that I should have said I wasn't willing to pay more than X amount of money and they would have fought more for a lower purchase price, (as if anyone would want to pay more). From what I had talked with him, with Irene, and with Bea, I knew that what I was asking for was not unreasonable, but that they played the trick of signing first and then we'll see when I no longer had leverage seemed very vile. Naively, I said 'fine, when we close the deal we'll talk about the commission,' but the manner and excuses were the worst. They could have told me, 'hey, I've consulted and it's not possible, I don't have authorization or something similar,' but no, the feeling they left me was that of being foolish. So, I could have paid less for my house? I mean, you didn't fight hard enough because you already had your commission secured? The anger took several days to go away and even thinking about it still bothers me, although I insist that Bea and Irene are great and I would recommend them 100 times, but close the commission issue beforehand so that you don't go through the same thing.
