Fantastic experience: No sé porq veo algunas reseñas negativas cdo todo es incierto,he alquilado en varias ocasiones con ellos,de hecho la he recomendado y mis amigos están muy satisfechos,la chica muy atenta,un servicio de 5,pude conocer al esposo ya que trabajan juntos y hasta me hizo el favor de trasladarme de un sitio a otro para ver varios apartamentos, la verdad que los recomiendo sin dudas.

Negative experience: Can't we give fewer stars? Unacceptable, don't rent from them if you want to get your full deposit back. We rented the apartment for an entire school year, they included a cleaning once a month (it was included in the price according to the intermediary although it wasn't in the contract), all to control the apartment. They took part of our deposit for things that don't correspond to us, like the bill for dry cleaning a sofa... Maybe everything that happened isn't the real estate agency's fault, but they should protect the rights of the people who rent. It's very easy to take advantage of young people...
