Negative experience: I share my experience from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Contact with the agent was very quick; we were able to visit the apartment from one day to the next. Good treatment from Mikel, the advisor from Alquiler Seguro who assisted us. We liked the apartment, the next step would have been to upload personal and financial documentation through the Alquiler Seguro platform to verify economic solvency. And here come the surprises. Apart from asking for one month of rent in advance (normal), one month of deposit (also normal), one month of 'additional guarantee' (now they are going too far; since two months of deposit are illegal, they ask for this), they OBLIGE you to pay 990 euros for a SAI (Tenant Support Services); it's not a choice, if you don't accept, you can't even upload the documentation that verifies your solvency. They sell it to you as a personalized service between you, the tenant, and the landlord for anything that may arise. There is no choice! They want to charge you regardless. Moreover, the rental contract is a bit strange; they also force you to take out a HOME INSURANCE (with them of course) for 130 euros a year. They also require that the rent be collected via bank receipt directly with them (which means you will never have dealings with the landlord), so I imagine that the SAI will be charged every year upon renewal. There is also a clause stating that the rent price will be updated by an amount that they will decide; I imagine it could be a different amount from the normal annual CPI. Obviously, I am no longer interested in the apartment due to the fear of having more surprises in the future. This company may have advantages only for the landlords, I think, or perhaps not even for them. I don't understand how there are people who trust them to rent out their apartment.

I opted for the 7% fee service, and thanks to him, I found some fabulous tenants. A service that I highly recommend today for renting out your house and, above all, for my peace of mind. This is a service I will rehire for more properties.

Negative experience: My experience with the Alquiler Seguro agency in the Canary Islands was extremely disappointing. The assigned agent didn't even show up, and instead, I was attended by a team that displayed a rude and unprofessional attitude while showing me the available flats in Gran Canaria. On top of this, they tried to advise me to buy additional furniture and beds, even though the flat was being rented furnished. This aggressive sales tactic and disrespect towards my preferences made the experience unpleasant. I cannot recommend this agency to anyone, and I suggest considering other options before dealing with them.

Fantastic experience: As a tenant, I wasn't interested in what they call SAI, but the housing was very reasonably priced, so I went ahead. I had issues with the landlord because he didn't want to replace the washing machine and the rental insurance mediator, but in the end, he changed it. If it hadn't been for the rental insurance, he wouldn't have taken responsibility, so for my part, it was worth the cost of the extra month.

Negative experience: For rental services, they charge you management fees calling it 'tenant follow-up service' which is mandatory and involves a fee based on the rental value of the property. In total, they ask for 4 monthly payments which amounts to theft. Secure rental, no matter how many times you change the name of the service, it remains exactly the same, only now you charge it twice (to the landlord and the tenant) you are abusers.

Negative experience: Very bad experience. Be very careful!! All the positive reviews are from owners!! Safe rental for owners!! Tenants, crying!!

Negative experience: Very BAD EXPERIENCE... They are really incompetent, it cannot be possible that you make a reservation and they tell you to wait for the documentation to be reviewed and approved, and that it takes around 48 hours, and they do not call you to tell you that the apartment has already been rented to someone else. Very bad service, honestly, I am super dissatisfied with the lack of customer service that this company has, what a lack of professionalism and ethics towards customers. Honestly, one is waiting for their call and after 3 days of constant calls to find out the status of the apartment rental, THEY DO NOT HAVE THE DECENCY TO CALL THE PEOPLE WHO ARE WAITING FOR A RESPONSE.

Negative experience: I just called about an apartment, they tried to charge me a month of management (which is now prohibited and has to be paid by the applicant) and told me it is company policy. Regrettable.

Fantastic experience: Alquilamos una silla a contramarcha grupo 1, todo desde Madrid, la realización del pago de fianza y de la silla todo muy bien y el reembolso de la silla también. La silla estaba como nueva. Limpia y se la devolvimos igual. Volveremos a realizar alquiler de sillas con ellos.
