Negative experience: Horrible service. They managed to waste 2,5 months on our purchase. Seldom a straight or true answer. In the end we lost the apartment due to the incompetence of the broker. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM !

Negative experience: I put my house up for sale and when signing the earnest money contract, the agent handling my house (Carlos) deceived me by saying that by law a clause had to be added that I refused to sign since it was not something that should be included in an earnest money contract. They were absolutely up to date on nothing regarding the sale of the house and the other selling party lost 20,000 euros due to the poor management of this disastrous company. The day came when the earnest money contract expired and the sale had not been made. I had to call them repeatedly and send them several messages to get them to give me my corresponding share according to the contract, and they refused. Luckily I have my lawyer who advised me. In the end, I sold the house on my own and had to pay them a commission of €10,250 plus €717.50 of IGIC, and all for doing nothing. ONLY LIES, DECEPTION, AND TO PISS ME OFF.

Negative experience: The worst real estate agency I have ever come across. I will never again list a property for sale or rent with them. There are many more professionals out there. If you want to be deceived, this is your best option.

Fantastic experience: During my sales process, we were lucky to have Mattia, who from the very beginning showed his commitment and professionalism. Despite the various problems and setbacks that arose during the sales process and were beyond our control and completely unrelated to the real estate agency, Mattia showed great ability to handle the situation and helped us at all times. Negative experience: The services of this real estate agency seem disastrous to me. Yesterday, Tuesday, we had an appointment with the agent to see a property on Teobaldo Power Street in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria at 6:30 PM, this appointment was agreed upon the previous Friday. When we called to confirm the appointment on Tuesday morning (because he did not get in touch with us), he told us it was too late and it should have been at 4:15 PM. We said that was fine, we could take a break from work if it couldn't be at another time. When we arrived at the property at 4:15 PM, after 5 minutes of calling his phone, he answered to tell us he couldn't make it and would arrive at 5:30 PM. After waiting for an hour and a quarter, we called him again and he said we had to wait because he was showing the apartment to other people. The odyssey doesn't end there; after managing to see the property and telling him we wanted to take it and if we could draw up a deposit document, he said yes, we had preference because we were the first to call him (the previous Friday) and that he had a few more viewings committed for the next day. We were foolish to believe in the good faith of this gentleman, if he can be called that, because he stopped answering our calls until Wednesday afternoon when he told us the property had already been reserved. Obviously, we asked how that could be after everything he had told us; the excuse, because it was all a big lie or a huge SCAM, was that the people he had shown the apartment to before us had told him they wanted it during their visit and it would be for them. I will not view any property from this agency again since they have disorganized, useless, and unpresentable people working for them, and I obviously would not recommend any seller to hire their services.

Negative experience: Very bad experience, they rented us a vacation home that was shameful, dirty, with bugs, in terrible condition. On top of that, they charge almost one monthly fee as their commission, a disgrace! And the agent who handled our case was very unprofessional. I do not recommend it at all. Zero seriousness, zero quality. And abusive pricing. They should review the vacation licenses because that apartment was a shame. According to their agent, it was reviewed, which was not true. Still, they keep the fees for doing nothing since it was an online management!

Negative experience: On October 13, 2023, I booked an apartment managed by Best House for a week at the end of December via booking. On December 13, they sent me an email with the check-in instructions and the WhatsApp contact of the person managing the apartment, who informed me that he no longer works for the company and that I should have been notified that the reservation was canceled. On booking, it still appeared as confirmed. Yesterday, at the last minute, booking informed me that the owner canceled the reservation. When I called Best House multiple times, they told me that it was reserved okay and that they would get in touch with me, which they did not. It all seems like a scam to me. Be careful with this company. They are unreliable.

Fantastic experience: Excellent treatment from Bets House, especially from Mily, the person who accompanied me in the sale of my house. She has always been patient with me and was available on the phone even at the last minute and on weekends. I recommend her to anyone who wants to sell their house; she sold mine in record time, during the first visit, within 3 days of being public. Thank you again, Mily, for your support, understanding, and for always being on the other end of the phone.

Negative experience: Unbelievably unprofessional treatment. We saw an apartment on Idealista and called. The first impression was not great but ok. Instead of ‘hello’ I was asked if we have pets and children. Fine, I thought, maybe they are direct. The agent who got in touch with us, Mily Cardet, refused to understand that we do not speak Spanish well yet and refused to speak with us in English. Fine, we thought, we can practice our Spanish. She repeated numerous times that she is doing us a favor to show us the apartment despite the fact that it was listed and on the market. Fine, we thought, perhaps it is cultural differences, although we had rented long-term in Lanzarote before and have been through this process, in the Canary Islands. So, we see the apartment, the agent and the current tenant seem extremely chummy, like they are best friends. Both my husband and I feel uneasy with this as the current tenant has almost NO possessions in this apartment where she supposedly has lived a long time. So, we think, suspicious, but we like the apartment. We are asked if we want the apartment, we say yes. We are told that we need to show financial solvency - fine, we earn well, own companies, have really good income as well as recommendations from our 3 landlords for the past 12 years that we are great tenants and leave the properties better than we find them AND pay rent months in advance. We send tax returns for 4 years in a row, NIE cards, passports, contracts, company ownership deeds, recommendations from our previous landlords. The agent says - financial solvency documents are too complicated for her to read and understand (isn’t this her job?!) so can we send screenshots?!? Umkay. We send screenshots and highlight the total income for each year + AGAIN our NIE cards. They do not want contracts - fine. We get pressured to “reserve” the apartment by paying the agent fee which is a monthly rent. I walk over to the agency and deliver it. This is where the real drama begins. Countless messages from the agent asking us to give simpler documents because they are too complicated. She cannot read them, understand them. All of a sudden being free-lance professionals and owning companies (which have documented profits over €55,000) is a problem. The agent did not want contracts, now we are told that we have no contracts. We are asked AGAIN to send simpler documents AND OUR NIE CARDS ONE MORE TIME. After reading the horrific reviews of this agency, we ask to see the apartment again and check if everything is working properly. After we ask this, there is a long pause in communication and then we are told that we do not qualify for the apartment which is 50% cheaper than anything we have paid (and it is documented!) in the past 12 years - in Berlin, Hamburg and Lanzarote. A COMPLETE MESS! Dishonest, confusing in communication, unclear, unprofessional and with staggering incompetence! The agent, who could not read simple tax returns, told us in the end that she has done her job well. In the meantime, I am in negotiations with cultural institutions in Lanzarote and Gran Canaria to bring hundreds of thousands of euros to the islands by bringing a big festival here. We are established professionals in our 40s and with great financial history. We felt like we dodged a bullet! Beware and stay away from this agency. They will waste your time and treat you like they are doing you a favor instead of being hired to do their job.

Negative experience: They have ads on Milanuncios that stand out from the rest because you can see they are fabulous and newly published offers. Then you call them, give them the references, and CASUALLY they can't offer you any of the ads that were just posted a few days ago... That if that ad was expired (false, it shows as newly updated), that if this other one they made a mistake with the price, and more, that if this other ad doesn't correspond to that area... Do you have a monkey making the ads or is it more like you're pulling in hook ads with dishonest marketing?

Negative experience: Regrettable service. If you are thinking about hiring this real estate agency to sell your house, don't even think about it. They are not interested at all in attending to the customer. I had to beg for SEVERAL days to BUY and still they did not attend to me. Regrettable!

Negative experience: It was OK but can not recommend. We rented a holiday home for a few months and we never met the person who rented it for us. They also charged extra for broken things in the apartment, which were already broken when we moved in to the apartment. I recommend to take pictures of EVERYTHING before moving in, so they won’t charge extra. We were also told that the final cleaning is included in the fianza but apparently it was not, because we were told that the apartment was dirty when we moved out. Of course it was because we were told we don’t have to clean it.

Positive experience: Está bien pero necesitamos que haya más comunicación con los dueños de sus viviendas ya que hay veces que no nos comunican si los clientes están interesados o no. Otra cosa es que llevo dos años vamos camino por el tercer año y no han conseguido venderla. Seguramente modifique el contrato con ustedes para que no tengáis exclusividad y así yo puedo venderla por mí cuenta. No soy el único cliente, hay algunos más que me han comentado que les pasa lo mismo que a mí. Esperó que os esforzeis más. Otra cosa; si digo que el precio es ese y no se baja es porque saldría perdiendo a sí que no insistir más.

Desde el minuto cero fue todo pura transparencia,nada de mal entendidos,nada de perdida de tiempo para ambas partes (tanto comprador como vendedor). Best House will also NOT live up to their own contracts and will keep your money hostage. The owner (Yraimy Ledezma) does not even have the decency to answer your lawyer's letters. If you want to buy on GC, buy elsewhere to safe yourself a lot of time and annoyance!

Negative experience: NON VI FIDATE!!! La casa ci è stata consegnata da contratto come un appartamento con due bagni. Uno dei due bagni non ha MAI funzionato, nonostante tutte le sollecitazioni del caso con il proprietario, il quale non rispondeva mai, se non in ritardo e in modo totalmente superficiale e sommario. L'agenzia non ha mai provveduto a tutelarci in nessun modo dopo la firma del contratto. Dopo un mese si è rotta la lavastoviglie. Il proprietario non solo non l'ha mai fatta sistemare, ma ha ben pensato di metterla a nostro carico, non restituendoci mai la fianza di 1.200 euro. Questo senza considerare il fatto che una delle due terrazze, una volta consegnato l'appartamento, era sudicia, piena di escrementi di cane. Siamo delusi, sbigottiti e molto arrabbiati. Abbiamo dovuto mettere di mezzo un avvocato e, nonostante ciò, il proprietario non vuole restituirci la caparra di 1.200 euro! INQUALIFICABILI!

Negative experience: Mi único motivo de la reseña es hacer saber el trato que he recibido por parte de la persona que me ha cogido hoy el teléfono (Patricia) la cual ha sido bastante antipática durante toda la conversación. Negative experience: La peor experiencia que me ha tocado vivir fue con esta inmobiliaria. Gente sin escrúpulos, poco profesional, no te cogen el teléfono por no dar la cara. Mucho ojo con ellos porfavor, mi caso está en proceso de demanda , no se puede jugar con la gente y salir airoso, pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner menos . Son lo peor

Llamé una segunda vez para mostrar mi interés en ver un piso de alquiler y su respuesta de malas formas, soberbia y desafiante ha hecho que pierda por completo la confianza en esta empresa. Como para dejar que vendan mi casa con esa atención al público.
