Negative experience: I wouldn't leave my property in the hands of this real estate agency. They manage it badly. Please leave it in the hands of other real estate agencies, as there are many and there must be some of good quality because this one certainly isn't.

Negative experience: This real estate agency is a SHAME, I do not recommend it to anyone. Terrible experience, I wanted to buy a property for which I made an offer and they told me they would respond in 3 days. They called me on the last day at the last minute saying that they had sold it to someone else, even though my offer was the first since when I made it, all the others had just been rejected by the owner. Supposedly, they made an offer of €4,000 more the day after my offer, and being the first, they didn't even give me the option to ask if I wanted to give that amount to acquire it. To make things worse, I ran into ANA and ROSA (who were the agents of the agency with whom I viewed the property) the day before they were supposed to tell me if they would sell it to me or not, and they told me that the owner had not yet replied and to see if I had luck when they already knew that 'supposedly' there was another offer of €4,000 more above mine and that they were going to give it to someone else, and I say 'supposedly' because they never showed me at what price it was sold. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS, THEY HAVE NO PROFESSIONALISM WHATSOEVER.

Negative experience: After my disastrous experience and leaving on social media what happened to me so that others do not have the bad experience I had, a person from the real estate agency calls me, someone I never contacted to purchase the property, to ask why I posted these comments online, saying that I apparently did not inform myself properly about how the real estate agency and the processes work. I inform him that as he can see, I have perfectly explained my situation through the review, and he tells me that they have not sold the property when I have written proof in WhatsApp that ANA (the one who was handling my case) told me that they had sold the property since I directly asked her who sold the property. This person who calls me insists on telling me that they did not sell the property, therefore they are liars and are not even able to agree among themselves. Not content with all that, I still have to endure this person humiliating me by saying that I have no knowledge and that next time I should inform myself better, when it is they who do not inform themselves among each other, as one tells me that they sold the property and the other tells me they were not the ones who made the sale.

Negative experience: We had the purchase of the apartment closed, which I had been looking for years, and at the last moment, it was sold to someone else. I suppose it was due to some kind of affinity. Later, I found out that she usually does this. I would never contact her again.

Negative experience: Our rental experience started well when we were the ones paying, and it has ended up being very bad when we had to get our deposit back. They delivered a dirty apartment with cockroaches, and we returned an immaculate apartment, having paid for the extermination of the plague ourselves. We have to leave the property after 10 months because my dad has passed away, and they do not return a single euro of the deposit, which is a case of force majeure. Apparently, they care more for the owners than for the tenants, who are the ones paying them. Very dissatisfied. I had already heard not-so-positive things about Remax, and now I have experienced them.

Negative experience: I thought that after so many years of renting in other parts of the world, it was impossible not to get a deposit back, but with Era Inmobiliaria that first time came and the reasons for withholding the deposit for more than a month have reached absurd levels, so unless tenants prepare an expert report upon entry or are willing to go to court upon exit, I do not recommend this experience to anyone. Unfortunately, I heard from other people about this quite common practice while already living in the house, thinking it would never happen to me. I have never felt more defenseless as a consumer in my life.
