Negative experience: First time we contacted this agency was back in November. The agent, Lorena told us we have time decide till Monday. When we contacted them on Monday the place was gone. A month later, she called us that the apartment is available again. We were excited and set up everything, last minute Lorena cancelled on us. I was trying to call her and the office as well, multiple times. No anwser. I sent numerous messages, no response. I decided to call from a different phone number. They picked up the phone. Of course they were surprised that It is is me. They told me that they rented out the place to someone else. Again. Rude.Unproffessional.
We are very sorry your experience with the shop was not satisfactory. When you first contacted us, last 24th of November, the property you showed interest in was actually under reservation process. We try to be fair with our clients and we follow "first come, first served" rule. The reservation was pulled out therefore, we contacted you again and so did other clients. Last email we received from you on the 14th, was informing us you were working on your company´s contract. That specific property was very popular and unfortunately, in the meantime, another client moved forward and made a reservation with a down payment. That movement set the priority over the rest of the clients. Regarding the attempts you made to contact us, we apologize for that. There was no staff at the office at those times. We absolutely would never ban any telephone number. The truth is that we always go back to our clients, and we keep the search until we find the right place for them. We are constantly adding new listings and we never know if the last one could be the one. We always try to build strong relationships based on trust and effort delivering the best service.
