Negative experience: - They advertise on real estate portals and do not respond to user requests. - You leave them a bad review and they respond in less than 24 hours asking you to write to their corporate email. You do it, and they don’t respond either. Not trustworthy!

His professionalism and dedication were 10 out of 10! He went above and beyond to explain the process and collect all the necessary documents. Every time I had a question, Antonio was there to answer. I also need to highlight his amazing colleague Olatz, whose English is fluent, and she could explain all the Spanish bureaucracy. For non Spanish speakers that can be overwhelming, but we felt very well informed and guided at all times. Sonia is a person who makes from completely hopeless case (like ours) a big big success.
