Negative experience: Watch out!!!! Be careful vendors!!!! They do everything possible to take the commission without considering the seller or the buyer. They sold a house that was already sold by the owners because 'they didn’t see' the WhatsApp. On Sundays they don’t answer the phone, but on Mondays they rush to make the sales contract with another buyer 'before reading' the WhatsApps. The sale is closed on Sunday with the owners. The owners notify the real estate agency of the sale at that moment, and the agency waits until their opening time on Monday to sign the sales contract with another buyer and notify, at that moment, the owners without turning back and with the commission in their pocket (if the owners sell it, the agency doesn’t get a commission). There are totally demonstrable conversations. You can see your true colors! Goal achieved, Patxi! The commission is already yours! Congratulations and onto the next sale!
