Negative experience: Another real estate agency taking advantage of the current rising real estate market and inflating prices, unfortunate. With the new housing law, at least commissions are limited and these companies are somewhat restrained.

Negative experience: ¡Mucho cuidado con ellos!! Es mi experiencia personal en un piso en la Plaza Cervantes. Al principio todo muy bien y cuando nos fuimos se negaron a devolverlos la fianza. A pesar de que cuando devolvimos las llaves miraron el piso y dijeron que estaba “perfecto”. Muchísimo cuidado!

Negative experience: Dejaría cero estrellas si pudiera. Al salir de la unidad, Carlos dio el visto bueno y me dijo que recuperaría mi depósito. Posteriormente, me cobraron una tarifa de limpieza, así como aumentos de alquiler prorrateados ilegales y una factura de gas después de que finalizó mi contrato de arrendamiento.
