Negative experience: NOT RECOMMENDED. I have been trying to contact them for a while and from the beginning there has been no reliable information. I will not progress further with them; if they are like this without being a client, I can't imagine what it would be like to be one. Negative experience: From the first day, the service was awful. Adrián Barrionuevo started by lying, saying he was not the owner of the real estate agency. During the service, after signing a reservation document and a deposit contract, he made me go to his office to explain a purchase contract that I had previously told him over the phone was unnecessary to sign since I had a signed deposit contract. I adjusted my schedule to arrive at his office after 6 PM, as I could never make it before that time, and when I arrived, he didn't even remember why I was there. Moreover, he scheduled signing days that could not be signed: one was a holiday in Madrid, and the Bank of Spain was closed for transfers, and the second day he scheduled in the afternoon when the bank was also not open. Still, I made the transfer several hours before signing to avoid delaying the purchase/sale of the property further. On the signing day, Adrián did not bring the keys to the apartment, and only the owner gave me a set of keys. That same day, after the signing at the notary, when I mentioned that I felt the amount was inappropriate for his terrible services and that I wanted to discuss it, he started yelling at me on the street, showing me a photo of him sleeping in the office, implying that he needed the money and that it would weigh on my conscience not to pay the €4,000. Finally, when I went to pay him the €4,000 at his office for the unprovided services, I had to ask him again for the keys to the apartment, and after going to fetch them, he mistakenly gave me keys that belonged to another apartment in the same building that he had sold a few months before. I am still waiting for the correct keys. Shameful. To make things worse, Adrián charges €3,000 to the owner and €4,000 to the buyer for a property worth less than €70,000. This represents a profit of more than 10% of the property's value for the real estate agency for a service that, at least for the buyer, is not only not good but hinders the operation. Services contracted: Purchase of a property. Service Quality: Terrible. There was no basic service. He showed me the apartment only once, at the last hour of the afternoon, and told me that I had to leave a deposit of €3,000 first thing the next morning if I wanted it. The attention was terrible, and communication was only done via WhatsApp until I asked him to please write to me via email. I had to insist several times for him to provide the necessary documents to the notary to finalize the signing. Transparency and Honesty: Zero transparency. From day one he lied about not being the owner of the real estate agency and about the owner's trips to force signing dates that could not be met due to the inability to make transfers. Results Obtained: The final result did not meet my expectations. I paid €4,000 for a terrible service that I should not have paid. There was no service for which to pay. Costs and Fees: €4,000 for a terrible service that not only did not help but hindered the operation. I do not consider the costs and fees charged to be fair. Problem Resolution: When issues or complaints arose, Adrián only said to come to his office after 6 PM. He offered no satisfactory solutions. Final Recommendation: I would not recommend this real estate agency to anyone. I hope no one has to go through this. Real estate agencies like Redksa make the industry look bad. A terrible and regrettable service to the buyer. es

In the end, after more than 5 months with an exclusivity agreement with this real estate agency and without selling the house, I have decided to hire another one. Not recommendable.
