Negative experience: The workers themselves, with their own names and surnames, some even with multiple accounts, pretending to be customers. If they scam you in this, it is strange if they don't also try to scam you by charging the rental fees to the tenant.

Negative experience: They update listings on 'yaencontré' for rental apartments that they claim are 'already spoken for' to try to sell you their apartment search service. If they find you one, they take a 40% commission on the value of one month's rent; that's their modus operandi. This has happened to me with several apartments that keep getting updated after I expressed interest in them.

A mí me dejaron tirado un hora antes de ver un piso que estaba seguro que iba a alquilar (me cambiaron las condiciones y me cancelaron la cita en vez de preguntarme si aceptaba las nuevas condiciones). Luego se esperaron un par de días (desde el jueves hasta el sábado) para responderme los mensajes y decirme que “no trabajan los fines de semana”. A los que busquéis opiniones de esta empresa, no os fieis de las valoraciones positivas, la mayoría son de los trabajadores y sus familiares. Saludos Oscar García, le has dado 5 estrellas a tu empresa, pero no se puede ser un buen profesional si no se es buena persona primero. EDITO: Si Óscar García ha hecho cuatro valoraciones utilizando su mismo nombre (y su hermano Borja otra), imaginaos cuántas valoraciones habrá hecho utilizando nombres falsos.
