Negative experience: Hello, I address all users and people who spend a lot of time searching for a flat, whether for rent or purchase. I share my experience at this TECNOCASA REAL ESTATE with a real estate agent named BELEN, who should have impeccable treatment towards potential clients. She made me waste my time using a prospecting strategy during the visit to the flat I wanted to rent located on Malaga street, completely evading some relevant and highly interesting information for any tenant looking to rent, as in my case. Everything seemed normal when I visited the flat, but at the last minute when I went to pay the reservation, she told me that I could NOT register due to issues with discounts on the owner's mortgage, as well as some features that they PROMISED during the visit, such as air conditioning, etc. It turned out to be a deceit to create interest only to later reveal the whole truth at the time of booking the property. Even when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the treatment, she told me they would look for another profile in a haughty tone. In summary, I was left astounded... This young lady left much to be desired. Greetings, and be careful because not everything is as it appears.

Negative experience: At first, everything was great. The Kiron department got us a mortgage when no one else would. However, on the part of Tecnocasa and Angel, they promised us that the complete renovation of the apartment was included in the price and a number of things inside the house such as the floor being well painted or a built-in wardrobe installed, which they have not fulfilled. We have tried to talk to them for a solution and there has been nothing from their side. I don't like to leave negative reviews, but in this case, I warned them before signing at the notary that the apartment should be finished beforehand. The result was what I expected. Once the apartment was signed, they no longer take responsibility for what they promised despite taking the highest commission among real estate agents in Huelva.
