I was interested in the rental offered by this agency, but for reasons that I will not specify this time, the business was not successful. I am not going to completely remove the review, just edit it, because from my point of view it is a bit sad that they only called me with apologies after I wrote the first review; before it was a closed case for them, without offering alternatives.

Fantastic experience: Hello, I have been a homeowner renting to Araceli for many years. They are very professional. We homeowners need guarantees to be able to put the property on the rental market; this demand for guarantees is not the fault of the real estate agency. The lack of protection for homeowners means that some properties do not come up for rent, and those that do require guarantees against non-payment and vandalism, or guarantees that cover these risks. We homeowners are not NGOs, and in many cases, the property we rent is the result of much effort and sacrifice. I just experienced tenants returning the property vandalized; the guarantees do not cover the damages, which forces me, the next time I rent, to take out insurance, ask for more guarantees, or not rent at all. This drives up the market and harms those looking to rent. But the guilty ones are not the homeowners (sometimes we suffer from non-payments and vandalism), nor the real estate agency Inmogr, which to date has acted very professionally.

Negative experience: BE CAREFUL with this specific real estate agency and its owner Araceli. First of all, they are not professional at all. Araceli is incapable of being constructive with the multiple complaints she has and, not content with not learning from it, she lashes out at everyone in the least polite manner. She has no qualms about lying; I don't blame her because part of what she does is immoral, like wanting to charge a month’s rent for a long-term lease. But in the ads, she only states what interests her to confuse people. If she were honest, she would detail in the ads how many months of deposit and how many of guarantee, whether it’s long or short-term, but in most cases, she places what interests her. As I have read in other comments, I'm sure the property owners have no idea about this. In short, it is clear that she is a liar and a speculator, contributing to the rental problem in Spain, which is often seen in the media, making it so that young people with a sufficient salary to pay rent every month cannot have access to decent housing.

Negative experience: The worst of the worst, a bunch of extremely rude people who wanted to charge four months of deposit when the ad never stated it was for short-term rental. They expected tenants to pay the owner's insurance and two months of deposit for an owner. When we said it was complainable, they said it was no longer available, even when they hadn't given us time because the ad is still available. They are abusers, and their treatment is very unethical to the point of taking it to consumer protection. Be very careful with them. ALSO, THEY HARASS YOU SAYING THEY ARE GOING TO REPORT YOU SO THAT YOU DON'T POST YOUR OPINION ABOUT THEM. IF THEY WANT SOMETHING, THEY SHOULD WRITE THE ADS PROPERLY AND NOT LATER RECOURSE SAYING THINGS THEY HAVEN'T SAID AND BACKTRACKING. THIS IS THE STATE OF HOUSING IN SPAIN DUE TO PEOPLE LIKE THEM... TRYING TO REPORT ME FOR SAYING WHAT I THINK. FREEDOM OF SPEECH IS NOT REPORTABLE AND I AM NOT DEFAMING.

Negative experience: They show no interest in helping the customer. Araceli, the owner, doesn’t bother to answer messages or does so in a rude manner. I was interested in a rental apartment and she told me it was for a temporary contract, which was not specified in the ad at all. But it turns out the owner also had an ad for the same apartment and when I spoke to her, she was perplexed and said she didn’t want a temporary rental but a long-term one, meaning Inmogr doesn’t publish what the client asks for but what they feel like. To your response, I must warn potential clients to be careful with you, especially with Araceli because she is a schemer, a liar, and rude. What she calls 'harassment' is nothing more than our insistence on calling or writing because you ignore our inquiries. That is not only a lack of professionalism but on top of that, you have the nerve to accuse me and other clients of harassment, revenge, and other stories that come from your twisted mind and show your true self (see the one-star reviews). The positive reviews are surely from family and friends because the negative ones are much more credible. Those where clients claim that you don’t answer calls or messages, that you neglect once the contract is signed, that Araceli treats people like trash, that she is arrogant, etc. That is the reality.

Negative experience: The service has been absolutely awful. They treated us like 'garbage' with a tone of contempt and superiority. It simply left us in shock. The arrogance with which we were treated and how we were 'dismissed' without even being allowed to speak. I have called various real estate agencies, but this one is by far the worst I have dealt with. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL! By the way, they are not in business until 12 noon. Don't call before that because they don't answer the phone. The hours listed do not match reality.

Negative experience: They have behaved terribly and allowed insults. They have no dedication or care for the tenant. They can say whatever they want, but they have treated me badly. My contract ended in July, and by the end of September (after contacting them and the landlord), nobody returned my deposit or provided a solution. They were just messing us around (and I have screenshots where one would send me to talk to the other without responding, AND I SAY I HAVE THEM BECAUSE THEY HAVE CALLED ME A LIAR). Not only that, but they also placed expenses on us that belong to the landlord (like the change of mattress protectors or pillows). This real estate agency did not hesitate for a second to side with the landlord, EVEN THOUGH WE ARE THE TENANTS WHO PAY THE FEES. And as if that weren't enough, this last month they allowed the landlord to insult us and say (I quote from the audio the landlord sent): "she's here to be a nuisance [...] and she's a troublemaker and she's arrogant and she will think I'm going to give her the money, which I'm not going to do, it's just stubbornness". As if he could keep my money just because he feels like it. It's needless to say that the real estate agency said nothing in response to this. If you want a real estate agency that cares for you, this one is not it. And I know they will probably respond or say there have been payment issues (as they have already said) despite the fact that I have bank screenshots showing that I have paid faithfully every month within the established deadline. The real issue for this real estate agency is to find an excuse to always make the tenant look bad.

Positive experience: We have been trusting Araceli and her entire team for years. We place all our trust in the management of our properties since the work capacity, dedication, and professionalism they demonstrate day in and day out are far above the merely 'normal'. Few professionals dedicate themselves 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (because they attend to you on Sundays if you need it). Few professionals make you feel important and attended to like they do. Without a doubt, for me, she is a reference in the city.
