We have been working with them for over 10 years, as they have managed the rental of an apartment for us during that time, with very satisfactory results. Recently we decided to sell this apartment. Negative experience: Shameful, they made us travel from Jaén promising us an apartment and upon arrival, they wanted to show us another apartment without notifying us beforehand. I do not recommend this agency even to my worst enemy.

Negative experience: Shameful, a horrible treatment from Encarni, mocking when she felt like responding but leaving you on seen all the time. They show you apartments that have already been rented and made us pay and sign for an apartment only to continue showing it to others after we had already paid the money. Honestly, no matter how desperate you are, do not look for apartments with this real estate agency!!

If you have submitted a rental offer through our company, you will understand that this is just part of the process, and the final decision lies exclusively with the owner. They can opt for the profile that best fits their expectations and solvency, discarding the other options, something we unfortunately cannot control. We understand that not being selected can generate frustration, but attributing it to our company does not fairly reflect our role in the process. Negative experience: I tried to view a reservation for an apartment in January 2023, I provided the apartment number and after that, I never received a response.
Negative experience: We scheduled an appointment with them to visit an apartment, at the time and day they wanted. We work and study and gave them a variety of days, as we made them believe we were very interested, they can only do Fridays at 6. We shift our schedules to be able to go, and on Tuesday, three days later, thanks to reopening the ad, we see that it has been deleted. We decide to write to them to see if it has been rented, they do not respond while being online. We write to them again 1 hour later and they tell us it has been rented. They didn’t notify us even though we had an appointment scheduled, and if we hadn’t noticed that the ad was deleted, there we were waiting at the apartment door for NOBODY. TERRIBLE management. The same day they listed a house, we booked a viewing as soon as possible and they told us that the house was not available yet, but when they finally gave us a time, they booked it half an hour before and we no longer had the opportunity to rent it. The service is dreadful; they seem to not understand that students need an apartment as soon as possible since they are all in high demand. I have called many times inquiring about an apartment, and they always make excuses or don’t reply directly. Therefore, regarding your request from April, it is practically impossible to find free properties for that purpose, as most reservations are made in the summer months when the availabilities for the upcoming academic year are known with certainty, although some are formalized earlier, but it wouldn’t apply to the apartment you mentioned. This may explain the lack of availability of the properties you were looking for at that time. We apologize if you felt the service was not up to par, whether by phone or in person. Negative experience: This real estate agency did not inform us of the abusive conditions we had to meet to renew a lease contract until there was no time left to search for another apartment. Moreover, it was us who had to chase them down to sign the contract since they didn't care at all about doing their job.

After this, we gave it another chance, but they changed the visit time at the last minute, and we had to change our plans again. It’s better to contact the owners directly because the real estate agency charges you extra for doing nothing.

Negative experience: When you go to sign any lease contract, they ask for cash, and if not, they charge you more than what was initially agreed upon. Then, when the contract period with them ends (in my case 10 months), they try to evict you from the apartment you are in because you are no longer of interest to them. The way they do this is by raising the price exorbitantly and saying that it was the landlord who raised it. While you are living in the apartment, they pressure you to show the apartment to potential new tenants, even going so far as to threaten you if you don't. After a while, you find out who is in the apartment now and they are even paying less than those of us who were there. Overall, quite a manipulative real estate agency that only looks out for its own interests without caring at all about the client. As I said, if you sign with them, 'bread for today, hunger for tomorrow.' I would like to rate the experience as just 'bad,' but that would be quite hypocritical, as it is far from the reality, so let each interpret it as they wish.
hola, lamentamos la experiencia que indicas, pero por intentar responderte lo primero es decirte que no te encontramos de alta como cliente, salvo que nos puedas ayudar y nos indiques mas datos. Por otra parte, nosotros somos agencia inmobiliaria no propietaria de los pisos que alquilamos. Es decir, en ningún caso somos nosotros los que fijamos los precios del alquiler de los pisos que se alquilan en la inmobiliaria, como es lógico los precios y las posibles subidas de los mismos los fijan única y exclusivamente los propietarios. Por lo que los precios siempre los aceptan previamente las partes, nosotros no decidimos nada al respecto, ¡ya me gustaría a mí!. También decirte que los contratos temporales de 10 meses o contratos siempre inferiores a 12 meses de duración, son contratos temporales y no están condicionados a su renovación, salvo deseo voluntario del propietario y aceptación de los inquilinos (nunca de la agencia). Hay veces que los propietarios no renuevan o formalizan contratos nuevos con sus inquilinos, no solo por cuestiones de más o menos precio (que también), sino por otros motivos particulares que tengan entre ellos como es la buena o mala relación, satisfacción de las dos partes, uso adecuado del inmueble, llevar todos los pagos tanto de renta como de suministros al día, etc... nosotros cómo agencia tampoco intervenimos ni podemos intervenir en esa relación contractual entre las dos partes intervinientes en el contrato. Si realmente has firmado un contrato de alquiler tipo de los que propone nuestra inmobiliaria, sabrás que hay una cláusula aceptada por las partes (tu serías una parte) en la que se acuerda previo aviso y siempre en presencia de los inquilinos, poder realizar visitas con nuevos interesados en el periodo final de vuestro contrato vigente, es decir, no entiendo a lo que te refieres en cuanto a tu sorpresa por este asunto o incluso en utilizar palabras que no proceden, cómo la de "amenazarte si no lo haces". Entiendo que puedas tener algún descontento por motivos que habría que identificar y analizar y si tienes nuestra oficina a tu total disposición para lo que te podamos ayudar, pero en los asuntos citados no son decisiones que pueda tomar nuestra agencia.

Si es correcto lo que dice hay veces que formalizar un alquiler no depende de nuestra gestión, hay otros factores como documentación, decisión de los propietarios, etc.. Negative experience: No le doy menos estrellas porque no se puede. El año pasado durante la crisis de la COVID-19 ni esta inmobiliaria ni el casero del piso que teníamos alquilado tuvieron ninguna consideración con nosotras. Nos hicieron pagar el alquiler completo durante toda la pandemia, así como los gastos de luz y agua (sin estar ninguna en el piso). Fuimos amenazadas varias veces, quería llevarnos a juicio si no le pagábamos el mes completo. La empatía brilló por su ausencia.
buenas tardes, me alegro de lo detallado de su comentario, porque como bien ha indicado el casero fue y es quién le pudo bajar la renta o no bajar durante la pandemia y quién le pudo regalar o no regalar también las facturas de suministros durante ese periodo además de que pudiera tener con el una cordial comunicación o no. Es decir, en ningún momento nosotros como agencia podemos decidir al respecto, eso siempre es el propietario al que usted (no se si con razón o no) no le puede poner un comentario, pero a nosotros sin motivos ni razón alguna si nos lo has puesto. No obstante, espero que llegaras a buenas condiciones con el propietario y si necesita algo de nuestra empresa, no dude en contactarnos, por la vía ordinaria estamos a su disposición

Hola Eva Ros, las fianzas las custodian únicamente los propietarios y es solo obligación de ellos liquidarlas y devolverlas a los inquilinos, de igual forma que es solo responsabilidad de los inquilinos el pago de sus rentas y suministros correctamente y hacer un buen uso del piso. Nosotros como agencia, como bien sabes, no nos podemos hacer responsables de ningunas de las dos obligaciones indicadas. No es que nos lavemos las manos, es que esa responsabilidad la tiene únicamente el depositario de la fianza (propietario), tal cual lo indica de manera manifiesta el contrato formalizado. Lamentamos tu mala experiencia por lo que cuentas, es de sentido común entender que al igual que hay inquilinos de todos los tipos, también hay propietarios que no cumplen con todas sus obligaciones y eso no está dentro de nuestro control o competencias, saludos.

hola, le felicitamos por ser la primera "persona" que en casi 29 años de experiencia y oficinas abiertas nos diga esas palabras y llegar al insulto, pero bueno, dicen que una vez debe ser la primera. Todo huele desde lejos a competencia y mensaje infundado, escribir una mala reseña es muy fácil y defenderse de las inciertas es aún más fácil, solo hace falta leerla. No obstante, si necesita algo de nuestra empresa estamos a su disposición
Negative experience: Hemos tenido que ir a la oficina de esta gente unas 3 veces. Cada vez nos dicen que podriamos alquilar el piso y luego nos llaman para decirnos que no nos lo alquilan. Esto lo han hecho unas 2 o 3 veces. Una broma de gente
Hola, lamentamos tu comentario, la aceptación de los inquilinos en los pisos de alquiler, no depende de la agencia, la aceptación de los mismos depende exclusivamente de los propietarios. Que, en base al perfil propuesto, y garantías que estos ofrezcan, son los propietarios los que tienen la ultima palabra en cuanto a decidir si aceptan a los inquilinos para su piso o no. Lo sentimos mucho pero esas decisiones no entran dentro de nuestras competencias.

Fantastic experience: Busqué un piso en Granada para los meses de verano por un contrato y en esta agencia me ofrecieron ver un piso en el centro, me trataron bien (concretamente Encarni fue quien trató conmigo y muy bien) y me dejaron ver el piso el día que podía. Finalmente no me quedé con el piso, pero hasta lo que traté con ellos fue bien, así que los volvería a llamar para otra ocasión sin dudar.
Negative experience: Muy mal trato. La comunicación fue imposible con una de las agentes. No sé cómo funcionará en sí la inmobiliaria pero por lo menos esta persona ha demostrado no ser nada profesional.

Negative experience: Les pongo 1 estrella porque no me deja poner menos. Alquile un piso para este curso el 1 DE AGOSTO, a principios de septiembre les llamo porque no han dado señales de vida en todo un mes para decirles que dia me mudaba para ir a recoger la llave. A UNA SEMANA de mudarme me llaman diciendo que no puedo vivir en ese piso, "que el casero lo necesita" y que el casero no firmo el contrato en más DE UN MES desde la fecha que lo reserve. Trato penoso,no se preocupan por los clientes, en vez de darme una solución tuve que buscarme la vida yo sola porque literalmente me quedaba en la calle a escasos dias de empezar la facultad.

Nos parece penoso que después de un año escribas un comentario de ese tipo, aunque solo si se tiene en cuenta la fecha de la que hablas queda claro tanto la integridad del mismo como tus "sanas intenciones" despuñes de haber pasado un año. Evidentemente el propietario del apartamento al que te refieres del año pasado ejerció libremente su derecho (por los motivos que el consideró en su momento) a no aceptar tu oferta de reserva de alquiler de su apartamento y visto lo visto a estas alturas no le discuto su decisión, más bien todo lo contrario. Por otra parte te repito que no entendemos a que viene este comentario después de un año, solo pensamos que volverás a estar buscando vivienda ahora y entendemos tu rabieta y no poder contactar con nosotros después de la manera y forma tan "cortés" que utilizaste, propusiste y conseguiste para resolver tu oferta el año pasado. Como bien estarás comprobando una vez más en Andalucía Property contamos con la mejor y mayor oferta de inmuebles en el centro de Granada, con 26 años de experiencia, con casi 700 propiedades alquiladas.... es decir tu comentario se diluye por si solo, el sentido común imperará en cualquier lector. Por otra parte, ojalá encuentres piso y que tengáis mucha suerte tanto tu, como el propietario y como a la agencia a la que le toque esta vez......

Negative experience: Después de más de un mes detrás de un apartamento y teniendo que realizar diversas llamadas conseguimos verlo a las 11.30 de la mañana. Tras confirmar que nos quedábamos con él y realizar diversas llamadas para concretar una cita al día siguiente en La Oficina, nos comunican a las 21 de la noche que lo han alquilado. Habíamos sido los primeros en ver el apartamento. Terrible gestión y un día desperdiciado para encontrar otra vivienda.
hola, tal cual el relato que ha indicado en su comentario, queda claro que si les interesó ese apartamento y fueron al día siguiente a la oficina a reservarlo y ya su estado era de no disponible, nosotros no podemos hacer nada al respecto, puesto que no se pueden hacer reservas verbales sin formalizar. tenemos varias oficinas en Granada, hay varios agentes que gestionan los mismos pisos y sin realizar visita formal no podemos garantizar la reserva. Sinceramente lamentamos que no fue para usted una grata experiencia y quedo a su disposición para cuanto necesite
