Our first home purchase and we felt no help or guidance from this real estate agency; every step we managed to take generated more distrust and made us feel increasingly deceived. When we spoke with the sellers, we saw that this real estate agency, along with another agency from the same group, had manipulated every single word from the sellers, turning it into a circus and making the buying process much more tedious.

Negative experience: I bought a house through them a couple of years ago, and I did my best to ensure that when I entered the house, it had some defects that it did not have when I saw it. In the contract, I had to sign that I take responsibility for the defects and I was aware of one of them. When I entered the house, it had broken knobs, the lamp wires cut flush with the ceiling, and broken electric blinds. I sent them a video and photos and I am still waiting for a solution.

Negative experience: They start off being very polite, and everything seems good at first, but the moment you have a problem, they begin to twist things and change their attitude. I understand that it’s a business and they seek their maximum profit, like any business. But if they have to say 'half-truths' that even they can't sustain because they contradict themselves, then we have a problem. Generally, real estate agencies are not very reliable, and this one was recommended to us by acquaintances... But given what we have seen, it’s better not to deal with these people.

You manipulated the words of the sellers, making us receive things very different from what they wanted to convey, as well as from the other real estate agency involved in this process. Lack of clarity, 'many years of experience' but you didn't know how to advise us on anything (neither appraisers nor anything), you deceived us into using your notary, making us believe that it was the one the selling family wanted, and a myriad of other issues that made the house buying process a true nightmare.
