Negative experience: Very bad experience related to a rental. Starting with the visit that was made to three interested parties almost at the same time due to poor organization. Even so, indicating to them that I was interested and after sending my payslips, they call me for final details, telling me that my profile is the most appropriate (giving details of the others), asking when I could move in and mentioning that the next day the contract would be signed to do it as soon as possible. What was my surprise when the next morning I was told that my profile and that of other interested parties were passed on to the owners, which already surprised me. By the end of the afternoon, they ended up telling me that they had opted for the other profile. It has been a huge disappointment. Edited after the company’s response: I find it very unprofessional and very shameful that I am accused of lying after the disappointment that I have been made to go through, and on top of that, continue lying to clean your image. First of all, you told me that the owners chose the first one who was interested, at that point, you should have stopped the visits and not given hope to other people. Now you say it is due to solvency. Secondly, if you are not the ones who decide, you should have stopped when I sent you my payslips; however, you called me and told me, not only that my profile was the best, but that the previous couple only had one person working and that they didn’t even have payslips, so my profile was the best. We talked about when I could move in and it was agreed that around mid-month if possible, that the only thing to make clear was that the contract would be long-term but the agency fees would be paid jointly. You told me you would call the next day to discuss signing the contract, but as I indicated in my review, everything changed the next day. When you limited yourself to sending me a WhatsApp saying that you were sorry, but the owners had not selected me, my father had to call due to the disappointment I had, you told him that you were very sorry repeatedly, but that the owners are the ones who choose, which seems to be unclear on your part after all, because all of this could have been avoided. Indeed, to remedy your mistake (I suppose), you mentioned the possibility of other apartments, but how can that be reliable… Finally, if these reviews hurt you, you should be more professional, avoid these types of mistakes, and if you have made them, try to remedy them or at least assume them and not label people as liars. Again, I find this attitude very unprofessional and shameful.
