My case was special as I do not currently live in Spain, which means that the sale has to be done differently (IRPF as a non-resident, etc.). They even helped me complete the IRPF declaration as a non-resident. If you are looking to sell something, do not let real estate agencies fool you by harassing you with claims that they have X clients interested in your ad you just posted on Idealista. In my experience, trust more in some real estate agency that does not need to harass anyone to get clients. The reviews speak for themselves.
